Pizza Hut

I would recommend people consider starvation before ordering from this PH. I only say this since you will most likely starve waiting for your pizza to arrive. That said, the good news (worthy of the one star) they will agree to «remake» your order and send it even later.

First… I’ve been a loyal PH fan for a LONG time. I’ve always considered PH to be a good pie you could depend on anywhere you went. The last place I lived, I used the same shop for almost 20 years and NEVER got a bad pie. A couple could have been better, but they were usually ordered at bad times… like during the Super Bowl.
That being said… this shop delivered two of the worst pies I’ve seen on a not-​busy night and time. Note that the delivery driver was fine, courteous, quick etc. But when we dug into the pies they lacked half the normal amount of ingredients and were WAY center loaded. One of the new Primo Meat pizzas had less meat than you’d get on any normal pizza.
From what I can tell by looking at Unilocal reviews and talking to neighbors… the PH in the Cedar Park area are all bad. Same owner? Have to wonder.

But, Dominos has really stepped up their game and when I gave them a try it was as good/​better than PH pies. So… bye bye PH.

Ordered a pizza with ranch dipping sauce. It took almost an hour and they forget the ranch… And said it would take 30 mins to get that here… Please do your job the first time. Now we will have to go get the ranch and the pizza will be cold. Thanks.

No complaints here.
We live about 5 minutes away and wanted a quick dinner. I placed the order online and LOVE that I can pull up to the drive-​thru window and grab dinner without getting my kids out of the car.
It’s by no means the BEST pizza in Leander, BUT it’s on the upper end for Pizza Hut.

Two hour delivery time? I called the store after an hour to cancel the order and was told the order was already on the way. So, I let it ride. 55 minutes later still no order. I called again and cancelled order only to find out the employee I just talked to had lied about what time the order «went out.» One hour later it arrived. I turned it away of course because I don’t trust any food under distress. Very disappointing because I use to order from them once a week to avoid cooking. And I still tipped the driver for showing up because it wasn’t her fault.

Employees have always been wonderful, but new management (JJ) has ruined the restaurant. She’s tried to change our bill and over charge us the last three times we’ve been. And now, there’s a $ 0.50 charge per scoop of salad dressing for your pizza. At least napkins are still free. It’s a shame, because it’s one of the last dine in Pizza Huts around, and was a great place for groups and families.
