McDonald’s

Visited this McDonald’s today and was treated very rudly. All if the tables in the running area had crumbs on them so I asked for a rag so I could wipe off a table for myself. The person responsible for keeping the running area clean went off on me and said «all of the tables are always clean» he said this in a very loud voice so everyone in the building could hear… I replied to him that he is incorrect, all the tables have crumbs on them. He went off on me a second time so I told him I will be doing a review. He proceeded to tell everyone in the place of they go on the McDonald’s website and comment on their wonderful appearance they woul get some sort of a coupon. I will never eat at the Leavenworth McDonald’s again.

I wish they had more seating. But overall a chill place to have a quick bite. They always keep the place clean.

Came here on a Tuesday ¹²⁄₂₉ and was excited to find no line at 6pm. After waiting 10 min and watching the window supervisor on her phone then sticking it in a cup by the coffee maker… ended up with no French fries and a line around the block. parked and walked back thru snow and ice to get our fries under the heat lamp… obviously missed and known. My «goddamn it «about sums it up.

Couldn’t get served they were just serving drive through even when I asked if I could get served they said 5 minutes the lady beside me had waited 10 minutes to pick up her apple pie order. We left.

Cold fries and the manager reading the whole menu off like you’ve never been to a McDonalds is really strange and annoying. You’re trying to decide what you want and he keeps interrupting you and telling you the specials over and over.

I arrived here with the family coming back from vacation on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was extremely dirty, service lagged and felt forceful. Order came out wrong. I don’t think there were any staff over the age of 18. It was like Peter Pan’s Lost Boys in here. BUT! The water dispenser was broken and gave out powerade instead sooo… 5 STARS!

This establishment is slow, which is fueled by the joking non professional staff you can see on the food line, and bagging up the food. Takes forever, compared to other McDonalds. There is also a bizarre counter up at the register that is awkward at best. It is an incredibly strange barrier for customer interaction dynamics. Really odd. I won’t go back.

We walked down to this location from our hotel. It’s not too far from the main/​center of Leavenworth. We were politely greater when we walked in and our order was smooth. It’s a little smaller than most locations in my opinion. The food came quick and we sat outside and ate. Plenty of seating outside.

Wow… The manager here is incredible! Nick was super personable and welcoming. He continually announced the current «deals» to all entering customers with a sense of ownership that i’ve never before seen in a manager.
Very clean facilities with table service to boot.
all in all, excellent spot!

It feels funny reviewing a McDonald’s but this place seems so different because it’s in Leavenworth. (Let’s be real, everything seems fancier in Leavenworth). The building and décor are nicer than your standard McDonald’s and though it’s smaller than normal, they somehow fit a fireplace in the middle of the establishment.
My friends and I stopped by for a quick bite when we got into town and I can at least attest to the fact that they made our food fresh. MADE TO ORDER. I’m guessing it was because they didn’t want the food to sit out all night, or even worse, have to throw anything away because they didn’t get customers in. Either way, although it took quite a while to get our food, it actually looked like the burgers you see on the commercials! I call that a win.

No plugs, no friendly service at the counter, not enough seating, AND THE ICED TEA IS NOT SWEET TEA.
I am appalled if that’s not apparent. As a southern lass, I adore McDonald’s as the only place I can get something properly resembling sweet tea outside of the south. This was the first place in the entire country I’ve visited without sweet tea. At least give me a warning!
Also, the prices are jacked up — but you’re in a major tourist trap, so it’s not surprising.

The food is like very other McDonalds but the service is awesome. The owner stands at the door, greeting people. Breakfast was over at 1030 like most McDonalds but my 4 year old insisted that at 11 am she wanted pancakes. So they made her pancakes anyways! Then the manager told us to sit down and he would bring our food to us. Even came and asked us if we needed anything else. Plus, free wifi. Clean and friendly. Best McDonalds I have ever been to.

Went to this particular McDonald’s drive thru twice during my Eastern Washington trip. It was for the most part, your average McDonald’s franchise, with that Leavenworth Bavarian flavor.
Fresh fries are always a plus, and you can’t go wrong with cheeseburgers. The chocolate shake was good, but next time I’ll pass on the whip cream and cherry.
They didn’t mess up my order the two times I stopped by, which is always a plus.

Got one of their Angus Burgers after a trek through Aasgard Pass one day and back down, a mouthful of mayo cant be wrong, because thats all it seemed like it had on it.

Like any McDonald’s but Nora the cashier was pretty rude. When a family asked for water, she told one of her employees to watch if they were getting soda or water (agua) in Spanish. Little did she know I understood Spanish.

Me and my family went through the drive through the service was horrible two people were working there and when i got to my hotel there was stale chicken in my chicken nuggets they forgot napkins and eghh it sucked.

Ya know, it’s McDonald’s.
We hit up the drive-​thru, and they didn’t mess it up.
Standardized menus are hard to screw up, unless they forget something. which they didn’t.

Nothing like old McDonalds farm house.

I mean, it’s really the same everywhere… but here you can down a Snack Wrap with ridiculous mountain views in the background.
Plus, the signs are supposed to look Bavarian, so it adds a little charm.
