Cute and cozy little place with good coffee. Didn’t personally have any pastries or deserts but the chatter tells me it was yummy!

Thought this place had a fun atmosphere /vibe. Hidden from the main drag in Leavenworth. Had plenty of lovely looking options. Sampled the gingersnap, very yummy and would highly recommend. We took home a raspberry white chocolate scone and was not too impressed. Was a bit over the top and overly sweet for my taste. Otherwise, nice service while we were there.

I was really excited to come here, BUT I was let down. This place is very small, which is fine not a huge problem to me, but expect to be bumped into repeatedly since the line to order is also the walk way to leave. What I rated this place on was this: The customer service was luke warm. Yes it was busy BUT isn’t it always busy. It’s a main touristy spot… The girl giving us our cookies didn’t seem to be at all that happy. In fact she did not smile towards us or towards anyone at all. The cashier was the friendliest as in she smiled and made eye contact with us. Then there’s the barista. We ordered 2 drop coffees with our cookies, and as I was at the do it yourself drip coffee station I was face to face with the barista making the specialized coffees. Not once did she smile towards me. Even when we locked eyes(I mean I was facing right towards her) I get it people are busy, but I also have worked in coffee Soooooo I don’t have much room for bad customer service. Then there’s the cookies… We got gingersnaps, oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodles. Don’t waste your time with any cookies UNLESS you’re getting Gingersnaps! The Gingersnaps are soooooo good that unfortunately I would put up with bad customer service to get these.

We walked in here for coffee not realizing that it was The Gingerbread Factory a friend recommended to us. Smelled so yummy in there. We ordered coffee and a mocha, and gingerbread cookies and a Snickerdoodle cookie. My boyfriend was not impressed with the Snickerdoodle cookie, but we both loved the coffee and the gingerbread cookies. Yum! Handmade gingerbread houses and decorations all around the store. Very cute and charming place. Both times we went in it was very busy. We did happen to go during the weekend that the Ice Fest was having. that may be why in part. Great place to stop in the morning for a cup of joe and to get out of the snow. :-)

We came from Seattle. The weather was cold, and we were lucky finding a parking spot right in front of the café. The café was very adorable place! 4 tiny ginger cookies only for 3 dollars. My friends and I enjoyed a lot:)

The kids had cinnamon rolls right from the oven… I was happy to find that they had gluten free cookies for me and had dairy substitutions for the coffee drinks!

Friendly people with delicious treats served in a cute bakery. They are located on the back of one of the shopping sections in a cute little house so don’t miss them. I loved stopping in here on our visits to Leavenworth. Dessert is a necessity when on vacation. Gingerbread and spiced cookies are my favorite type of dessert so this spot was perfect for me. Of course they have more than just gingerbread. They also have amazing frosted sugar cookies and other assorted baked goods. Everything is sure to satisfy the sweet tooth and the portion are very generous. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Really bad service. There was ONE person behind me(who ordered an ice water), and the cashier looked at me, overwhelmed, after I ordered and told me I would have to tell the barista myself what I ordered, because they were SOBUSY. YIKES. The drinks were mediocre, and the gingerbread cookies were stale. Sooooo…1 star.

Meh. $ 2 per cookie that I didn’t enjoy with a stale texture. I got the gingerbread and gingersnap, figuring that a place called the Gingerbread Factory would have that mastered. The gingersnap tasted bad. Like it had way too much of a spice(all spice? something else?) It was soft in the wrong way, crumbly and lacking structure instead of being fresh and soft. My mom didn’t like it, she spit it out and gave me the rest of the cookie. I took a bite and didn’t finish it. And we’re both gingersnap enthusiasts. The gingerbread had ok flavor but tasted stale, like it was made a couple days ago. The woman at the counter seemed vaguely annoyed that we were there. At $ 2 for each cookie, it had better be a good cookie. No such luck. Would not recommend.

The oatmeal cookies & the snickerdoodles were average, but holy moley the ginger snaps earned them the 5 stars. We went back for more. They are the best cookies I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed purchasing their homemade dog biscuits, too, for our pooch.

I only tried one cookie and it wasn’t that strange ass gingerbread that haunts me in my dreams! Ginger needs to stay outta my cookies and stick with savory ginger dishes :) the oatmeal raisin is a solid contender for Leavenworth’s best damn cookie challenge. My wife had another cookie but I can’t remember which one, what I remember is we thought outloud, «pretty good bakery!» If the butter and flour chokes you up and is the last straw for the olé’ myocardial infarction, good news the hospital is just down the street! I felt recharged after eating my cookie and sniffing around the bakery therefore the billing department @ the hospital can forget my name and contact information! I wish Unilocal would design a more thorough evaluation form for those of us the pick a little bit here and there – I hate to say this shop is a 3 star shop when I’ve only tasted one simple cookie… life depends on some consistency and that’s what makes my clock tick. I will be back you lonely cookie company of Leavenworth. I doubt you will ever get your sweet ginger cookies near my oral mucosa, I do imagine tasting a superstar of a cookie during the next visit.

Gingerbread cookies!!! I got the Tiny Tots for 4 for $ 3. This is a very cute spot at Leavenworth. The outside looks like a gingerbread house. Inside smells of fresh baked cookies! SMELLSSOOOOGOOD! Definitely a spot that you gotta hit up when you are in Leavenworth!
