This is a great local place that is out of the way in Leawood. It’s owned by a friendly couple that usually are both there. The walls are adorned with pics of their travels(usually down in the Carribbean), which is kind of neat. I overheard them say once that they can’t retire because they’ve spent too much money on lobster and wine while vacationing. I kind of believe them! They have an assortment of hot and cold sandwiches, yummy cookies, and chips. I like the«Best Kept Secret» sandwich, which has turkey, honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack on sourdough. They have daily specials as well. It’s a great place to go if you want to grab something quick that isn’t from a chain. I haven’t ever had anything bad there, but nothing that blew me away either. Give it a try!
