Standard Style

As so many others have already said, the customer service sucks! They have great clothes but do to the incompetence of the sales associates I will not be back. Having my credit card tossed back up on the counter after having it charged to pay for something was the last straw. This store will not have my business ever again.

I think this place needs more points for their customer service. I still go here when I get bored and always browse through EVERYTHING. Most places will throw someone like me out. I’m that girl who has to stand in front of the jewlery sections for an entire hour trying to decide which gold necklace I want to buy or which headbands I need to buy so that I can get one accessory for free. Wait, that’s not even mentioning going through entire rack of clothes one by one to see what’s cute. I also try on all their shoes and so far, they’ve only been super nice to me. But recently I’ve experienced something to top it all off.
I went in to try couple dresses for upcoming wedding (s). I’m super picky not only cuz it’s a wedding and I have to find THE PERFECT dress cuz you know, you’ll be photographed but just cuz when I am thinking of dropping $ 300 on a dress, it better be worth it. The sales girl totally picked out all the cute dresses, even brought me matching shoes. All her choices were really cute but I fell in love with this purple Rebecca Taylor dress but Size 0 was too tight, size 4 was too big. She told me to leave my name and number and she called the same day to say that they’ve got the shipment in and I should come in and try it on in size 2! That’s customer service for you. Now, I should prolly call her to say that… I found another dress. oops.

This high class, high price fashion shop is a great place to buy comfortable and stylish jeans– as long as you’re willing to pay top dollar. I don’t buy all kinds of trendy clothing, but if I did Standard would be the place, they have plenty.
What I do take seriously are my denims; I am picky and selective when it comes to buying jeans. Willing to pay an arm and a leg I go to Standard where they have literally walls of Jeans in different brands, styles and colors. I always finding something that works when I need a new pair and the staff there is always more than willing to help you find what your looking for or offer their advice on what’s hot, new or most importantly– comfortable.
