Good menu selection and interesting atmosphere. The service was fine. My fish & chips were good but not terrific(the fries were a little odd but I think that was because I’m not used to the seasoned freezer fries). It seems like a reliable place to grab a bite to eat.

First visit is the last visit. Service was slow and my food was cold, yucky, and expensive. It was a trifecta of suck.

Service was great… 1 point… Food was hot… point 2… cooked threat I wanted… Point 3. Come out with the extras that I wanted and didn’t have to ASK again for it. Point 4. Great place to come… Visitubg the area and this place is well worth the visit. Our group ordered the Irish Stew… Pot Roast. Bacon Cheese Burger. Pastrami sandwich and the Chicken Florentine… And there was nothing wrong with any of it… absolutely nothing! I just can’t believe that our waitress was excellent… We eat out A LOT and what a great night!!!

Visiting the area to attend soccer tournament & had a fabulous dinner at Muldoon’s Pub last night. Found the place charming and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and the beer was cold!

Good location(next to the Macy’s so the concept of grabbing a quick bite while you wait for the shopper you are with is a good one if they were able to execute it). Poor service and food which makes it hard to like this place. It reminds me of a Houlihans with the look and feel but again the food is subpar. Place smells musky and old. Looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. The place was dead on a Friday night in the winter, first sign of a bad choice. It took about 10 minutes to be seated… another sign. Waiter took 15+ minutes to show up… um another sign. Food came out prior to apps… big sign… Food was over-salted and just plain inedible(for everyone, there were 4 of us). The onion rings were saturated in oil… near drentched. Burgers and salads were just plain bad… Overall a poor experience. 2 stars is being generous because the manager tried to make it right. Otherwise 1 and done for this place.

Went in on a whim, and the reviews on Unilocal. My wife and I had the Fish & Chips and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice quiet place, good service and pleasant people. The food came quickly and was on the money. We’ll go back for sure.

In the area on business and wanted a solid meal with some beer to back it. Muldoon’s delivered on this. Food-wise it’s a step above your typical«pub grub». The menu had some great options to choose. I would certainly recommend the Lamb Boulangere. Very hearty and tasty meal! Beer list could use a little diversification, but can’t argue with the British classics. Dining room is quite comfortable and welcoming for lonely travelers and families alike. Didn’t quite make it into the bar area, but looked like a solid place to grab a pint as well! All-in-all, a great option in this area for a guy just passing through, like myself. If I find myself back in the area, I’d probably pop in to try another one of the tasty sounding items from the menu.

Very good burger and the bun was awesome! The staff is so nice. They gave me a baked potato. We always loved the seafood special but hear they just discontinued it. Margret is a great hostess.

You can always count on the quality of the food and the service. I go in roughly 2 times a month to get English style fish and chips and I sit and have a beer at the bar while there cooked. Its wonderful.

One of my favorite places for Happy Hour after work. This is a «locals» bar but everyone is friendly and more than welcoming. The bartenders are just awesome. The food is above what you wold expect in an Irish Pub. Try the Irish coffee.

Decent beer prices but the bar stools play host to bigots and extreme racists. The way these people were speaking should not be tolerated in a public place or by the staff of this restaurant. I plan to never sit at this bar or eat at either of the restaurant locations again.

Had dinner at Muldoons as I was in town for one night passing through NJ. The chicken quesadilla was excellent; a large portion and great flavor. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. The true test, Guinness, had a perfect temperature and very fresh taste. Highly recommend stopping in!

I don’t know. I live very local & have tried this place several times. I find the food edible, but generally Meh. What really gets me is me is that I don’t find the bartenders to be terribly friendly. Maybe not rude, but genuinely not caring. Go a bit further down rt. 10 and eat at the Barn. The food is equally Meh, but the service is wayyyy friendlier.

Overall i enjoyed my meal here at this local watering hole. The food was great and I liked the feel of this place. I decided I had to go for Irish food, and Shepard’s pie sounded good. It was. It was also gigantic. I could have easily shared with someone else. The beer selection on tap was decent and included Guiness, Harp, and Bass, as it should. My friend wanted a cider, but sadly that came in a bottle and it was an American brand, but I guess we’ll forgive. The service attitude was good too, but my major complaint is the length of time to get dinner.

An Irish Pub with great food. Menu specials change often. My wife and I have been there many times. She loves the«Fish & Chips». Three generous beer battered pieces of Cod surrounded by fries(Chips). With cole slaw tarter sauce. I had one of the specials. Pam seared Halibut about an inch an half thick on top of Lobster mashed potatoes. Lemon sauce with grape tomatoes an asparagus for garnish. Outstanding! Highly recommended!

Visiting New Jersey for work and stopped by. The atmosphere had hometown local feel. The menu was a complete surprise, very sophisticated in comparison to the décor. The food was amazing! I had the muscles and my friend had the fish tacos(with swordfish that day) the muscles sausage and tomato combo was seasoned perfectly and the swordfish was moist and tender. The service was also A1, our server checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. If I ever come back to this area I will definitely stop by again!

Still haven’t had an OK meal or service… always awesome and keeps me coming back. Love the fish and chips, the mussels and anything on the specials menu. This is NOT just bar food.

Extremely friendly and accommodating to our large group. Excellent food– the portabella mushroom appetizer is great, too. Thank you, Ian and staff, for being so friendly, patient, and accommodating!!!
