Waited over ½ hour after dealing with a arrogant young girl. I ordered a meat lovers Pizza at a cost of $ 18, I will bet the food cost is less than 15%. The crust was doughy and under cooked with almost no cheese and very little meat. I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza and cooking it at home, less money, better quality and value and just as fast with out the hassle. I will never buy Papa Johns again. Poor quality, poor service and poor value. Wish I had gone to a local Pizza place and got a carry out or grocery frozen food. I am surprised why they have 2 stars and are still in business. This is just my opinion but that is how I feel.

Fail of the day:(Preface: I rarely eat Papa Johns or major pizza chains except when gathering for multi-family events). Place my 2 pizza order through the app. Said it was going to be 90 minutes. I called and asked if it had to be that long. The girls manning the phones said they already had my order and it would be ready in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I was at the location and the pizza was not ready. I waited 20 minutes at the store with my four-year-old in tow. Hope it is good…

Too many inconsistencies lately… Papa Johns, if your too busy then don’t take any more orders, vs giving pizzas that are smaller than normal sizes, dough that is chewy and has not risen and way, way to much sauce. I understand busy, but I don’t understand inconsistencies in a business

It’s OK. Lately, it seems that my crust is still kind of doughy or undercooked under the sauce. You get a lot of toppings. Price is average. Taste is average. I would far rather eat Rosati’s, but we don’t have one in Lee’s Summit. I’ve switched to Sarpino’s for the most part lately for delivery, due to the undercooked impression I mentioned. Sarp’s pizza is a little better, although they are skimpier on toppings to some extent.

ordered online and for 40 minutes could not find our pizza that was located on top of the oven. got a small discount, should have been free. Got home and warmed it up. Pizza was fair, doughy.

Somedays you feel like being a Top Chef in your kitchen and make a 5-star meal that’s healthy, flavorful, visually appealing, and sexy. Other days, you just feel like ordering from Papa John’s. I have a lot of those later type of days. Ordering online at Papa John’s is totally easy, and kind of fun because you can visually build your own pizza. Plus, it’s easy to find online coupons to go toward your order: or order from one of the website’s many online specials. Don’t forget to add some buttersauce, the best part of PJ’s pizza(well, in addition to their variety of toppings, yummy cheese, and really fluffy and satisfying crust — which is best in the garlic butter!). Every time we have ordered to-go our food is ready when promised. This location can get a bit crazy when it’s Customer Appreciation day in terms of take-out, be prepared for a delay. I wish there were a few more locations in town as I… wait, no — if there were more locations I would be 700 pounds. Maybe it’s a good thing this place is a bit of a drive away. Thanks for thinking of me, PJ. I heart you.

Not bad. Can’t review delivery times, but don’t remember being overly long or speedy when I was in Lee’s Summit.(at work I get timed deliveries which they make or get close to) Pizza has always been tasty. More topping choices then pizza hut. Good bang for buck when you find specials. If I want good pizza I go to Spin or Waldo’s though. No sit down. Delivery or Carry out.
