It’s been open more than a month now, and they still haven’t adequately trained the staff. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for my latte now. The last time I came, they seemed to not know quite how to do stuff as well. Maybe it’s too hard to find a barista to hire in Utah County?

This Starbucks location is good for being in a Smith’s. As it is tied to Smith’s systems, though, you won’t be able to use your Starbucks card. When the Smiths it is in has problems with payments, such as Apple or Google payments, then Starbucks will have the same issues. But, you do get points on your Smiths account. They also had a tendency at the beginning to not have some of the seasonal stuff.

I am happy they opened this Starbucks because it is convenient for me to get my daily coffee fix. Much better and more varieties than the coffee we have at work. No brainer there. The drinks taste the same as any other Starbucks(I’d be complaining if they don’t). They have several items on the menu that sound interesting but they don’t actually have in the store, like the S’mores and Caramel Ribbon Crunch, which is slightly annoying. Why do you need to entice people like that? Other than that, this place is a Godsend. At least for me.
