I like that they are open 24⁄7. The times I have visited, usually around midnight, the employees are friendly and get good customer service. Will be definitely coming back whenever I get hungry at night

If I could I’d give this place a 0. From service to quality. Subway has a great product all they need to do as a store is deliver it. Seems like they couldn’t even give decent service and aside from that give me old brittle bread just wasting my money and time. It now seems like Subway has started a new tradition of giving less than mediocre service and quality of product. Any Subway I go whether it’d be by my work or my home they have been consistent. Which I guess I should applaud? Congratulations! You have been founded by fresh but have delivered crap. I hope my sarcasm is sensed on this. Just hope my message gets delivered to the right people since I was unable to take the survey online.

The white girl who usually is there does a great job I forgot her name. But today I went in and got a sandwich from a guy named JOSE I asked it to be cut in 2 and wrapped seperate. He does this and when A CHUNK of avocados and other stuff fell out he didn’t even bother picking it up and putting it back inside the sandwich. He just wrapped it against the side of the sandwich and now I am left with a wet sandwich with stuff smeared all over the outside, as if I was supposed to eat this with a spoon. Do not let Jose make your sandwiches unless you don’t mind a half ass made sandwich that you paid for. I made the mistake of letting it slide therefore I am here writing this review.

It’s nice that they are open 24⁄7 but I wouldn’t want to work here late night. This area is definitely not the safest which is why Walmart closes at 11pm. I’ve never had any major problems here, the employees are alright, the prices are okay and the sandwiches are decent for the price.

Okay this employee moe is suppose to be the employee of the month. So whats does an employee of the month criteria bc this guy seemed like he doesnt wanna be working in that place. Like he was grumpy and lazy. No smiles no greetings nothing. And the assistant manager was there and didnt even say anything at all. I ordered soup and he didnt even offer me crackers i had to ask him. Doesnt it come with the soup anyways? And then he tells me have a nice day without even bagging my orders. I had to ask him to bag it for me. Dude if u dont wanna work there or not happy with your work quit.

Great place. I work as a barber and I know that customer service goes a long way. Shout out to Michael for greeting, prepping and just plain making me feel welcome. He does have great knowledge on food prep as well. Thanks for the great sandwich. Keep up the good work.

My visit started off very good, I was greeted when I came in the door and my sandwich artist was a great guy with good enthusiasm however when it came time to pay, the lady in front of me paid with a new $ 100 bill which they apparently accepted, I having a new $ 50 bill attempted to pay and was told that they do not accept bills larger than $ 20… after literally witnessed Jeremy accepted a payment and explanation that they do not accept OLD $ 100DOLLAR bills but do accept new ones to the lady in front of me… I’m not sure what school of arithmetic that subway uses but they certainly aren’t mathmatics artists. Left Very Annoyed.

Everything was perfect about my visit. The bread was very soft and fresh. The worker was very friendly and made the best sandwich I have ever had from Subway. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I love it! The store was so clean!!!

Worst ever. 3 girls working yet it took 20 mins to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. They had to remake them both because their toaster burned a piece of spinach and it threw ash all over both sandwiches. Then she asked if it was ok. I said no… so she called her manager over and SHE asked me AGAIN if it was OK! REALLY? I asked would YOU eat these… NO! so please remake them. Then she acted pissed to remake them and was completely sloppy about it. Then to top it off when I went to get a drink there was a swarm of huge gnats around the drink machine. I told her about the bugs and she said oh we know… we have been spraying bug spray over there. REALLY? Ugggg… I almost asked for a refund. Even though it is a pretty new store, the way they keep it it’s a gross place. Skip this one and head to the one down the road. You’ll be glad you did.

sick just sick So I went in after the lunch rush. So go the normal as soon as I walk in I’m greeted«Welcome to Subway» So I’m the only one in line and the employees are working out something at the register. It took 5 minutes before my sandwich was started. What ever they needed to do was important. But by the time they started on my food there was already 2 people behind me and 3 more walk in. By this time a second employee walks out from the back to help. by this time I’m in the store a total of 8 minutes and my sandwiches aren’t done and I notice it’s hot I think the AC is out. I look over and see the lady running the cash register is at the hand washing station I see she washers her hand then thats a moist paper towel and starts whipping here face, neck, a little into her shirt and I’m sick to my stomach. THATTHISEMPLOYEEISWHIPPINGHERSWEATBEHINDTHECOUNTERWHEREMYFOODISBEINGMADE. So when she gets my order I watch she in no way came in contact with any of my food. But I look at her badge and it clearly states STOREMANAGER. So this person that is in charge of making sure all her employees follow California State law and wash their hands is clearly not following it herself. I’m glad she did not come in contact with my food but when I see the size of the line I left I hope no one gets sick. But I will never go back to this location if I see the Store manager working knowing she washers her hands then wipes her body down of sweat then goes back to work

Went in today for for 2 footlong subs.tuna.and the other ham and turkey. the employee who made my sandwich was a young hispanic male and a young caucasian male… they put maybe 1 and a half scoops of tuna… due to he was running out and scraping the metal container of tuna… i told them that does not look like the usual tuna footlong .its usually 3 scoops or 4… so i asked for more. he exclaimed thats the amount we usually put and im like .wow! So since i was in a rush and didnt feel like arguing with a kid… i walked out with a tuna«spread» with more tomatoes and lettuce and mayo on it then tuna… will NEVER go to this romper room Subway again! Corporate will be hearing from me… and I will go to my usual Subway in Otay. much better and professional… The employees looked like they just rolled out of bed also! Ghetto!

«Welcome to subway». good pricing on 3 of the cheapo sandwiches. I always get a(cold cut combo with wheat bread). friendly staff and they are fast too. Do the coupon survey and get a free cookie to boot!

I think this location is either brand new or newly renovated because it is exceptionally clean, large space with new furniture, and seems well kept in comparison to other Subways around town. I was greeted by two different staff members upon walking in, which I believe is a new customer service tactic on their end. Whatever, it works :) The lady who prepared my sandwich knew how to make a sandwich. She didn’t overly put too many veggies or too few, which is nice and she politely asked about each item without assuming I knew what I wanted out the gates. Overall, my sandwich was one of the better traditional turkey sandwiches I have ever had from a Subway chain, and the customer service was so balanced and welcoming that I would return to this location. Bonus point: I didn’t smell like Subway upon leaving
