China Inn

I’ve only eaten sit-​down there twice, with the rest of my visits having take-​out. Tonight was a huge disappointment. To begin with, there was only one waitress upon arrival (a new hire?), and even though there weren’t very many customers, she couldn’t multi-​task. It took several minutes to be waited on, but she did apologize (which I heard a lot of to many customers). Immediately after she brought us our soup, a guy (cleaner?) brought us our dishes. Once my dad and I were finished and needing boxes, we watched our waitress wait on another table and then pass by us, not even looking. She came back to check in with the other table and we asked for boxes and I asked for a to-​go cup. She picked up my dad’s drink, asked what the soda was, and left with it. When she returned with the check, my dad’s to-​go drink, and one box, she said they were coming out with a new box of fortune cookies. I asked (again) for a to-​go cup for MY drink and my dad asked for an additional box for his food. By this time, there was a second waitress working. Our waitress came and picked up the money and my dad said to keep the change. A short time later, the second waitress brought the check tray WITH CHANGE and said quickly said «Thanks, guys.» My dad got up and went to get a box for his food since it hadn’t been brought. After he came back, and while he was putting his leftovers in the box, our waitress comes to our table, bringing my to-​go cup and his box. I’m not sure what was going on tonight, but the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. The food was great as normal, but as I said to begin with, the service was a huge disappointment. They lost part of their tip and we never got our fortune cookies.

In Lemoore for a track meet right across the street, glad we went in. Food was delicious, fast, friendly, wish they weren’t so far from Fresno I’d eat there more often.

It’s about time Lemoore got some great food. Awesome local restaurant. Excellent food and service. Lemooron’s need to come support this place :)

It’s a nice little spot if you wanna stay in town. Not the best nor the worse, I’ll be back, one negative was seemed like all 3 dishes I ordered were deep fried (orange chicken, walnut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken) only difference was sauce. :(on a good note the portions were large enough to share, prices were decent and food was ready quick.

Super fast! A little pricey for the quality of food you receive. Based on previous reviews and cost of the food I had high expectations. Wasn’t the worst Chinese food ever but I probably won’t be back.

China Inn in Tulare was my favorite Chinese food anywhere. So glad they opened this one in Lemoore. Hot fresh food, pretty low prices, and great tasting food. I recommend you give it a try. You won’t he disappointed.

Great, fast service. Large portions of good food. Not the best looking dining area but they’ve made do and the food makes it worth the small dining area.

Great place. Customer service is great, they are very friendly. Been here dozen times already with family or even with coworkers during lunch time. Food is great, they even offer you box to go if you don’t finish your food. Definitely recommend to all. Will definitely be back!

Huge portions, not so great food. Not terrible tasting just not that great. Panda Express is much better than this place, I honestly probably would not come back.

Restaurant waiting area for «orders to go» is very small. I had the curry chicken, while others in my party enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken along with the orange chicken. We all had pan noodle instead of the normal rice that come as the side. The noodles were no extra charge and were absolutely delicious!!! We had an order of potstickers also, but they weren’t anything to brag about, just your typical pot stickers.
A family of four to get out of a Chinese restaurant in our local area for under 40 bucks! I would recommend this place to anyone. Big portions, good food and great price. We went for diner but even the lunch specials they run seemed very reasonable!!!

Positives: Food was good! Served fast, fresh and hot .
Negatives: Server was confused and the language was tasking. Our order was for four people, we received two combo plates and a plate of chow mien. Luckily we were starving and the food was good.

This place serves probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know if I need to say more then that! Go in and order. I hope they expand into a buffet. They will blow that place in Hanford out of business.

I went here the other night because I wanted to see if this place was any good because of all the good reviews. I’ve had worse… Is not a good start to a review. I ordered the combo B or something… The fried rice and chow mein was suppose to be pork but they were tiny specs that you couldn’t even taste. The other thing I don’t know what it was was drenched in some kind of gross gravy so I left it alone… Besides it was burnt. The brandy chicken wings were flavorless and stuffed at the bottom of my chow mein noodle bag… I figured out they were there by the oil stains on the bag. I got it to go and they didn’t give me soy sauce or chopsticks hell a plastic fork would have been nice. I don’t think I’ll be going back… Oh yeah it came with some prefab ready to cook pork nuggets… Reminded me of galley food in the navy… I don’t think I will return

Really good the portions are really good and the prices are just as great… it reminded me of the Chinese place that was in my home town before they sold it. I hope it sticks around because we will be dining there often.

My husband and I visited for the first time. Dead roaches on the porch right in front of the entrance door was a bad sign and just overall unappealing. I ordered the orange chicken and vegetable chowmein. My husband ordered some sort of combination plate. We paid $ 25 excluding tip and had waters to drink. I definitely thought it wasn’t worth the price. The orange chicken wasn’t that great and you can tell its bought frozen pre-​made and they just cook it and add sauce. The chowmein was pretty good. I only recommend this place as a quick fix. If not, go to panda or Kowloon’s in Visalia– That place is bomb!

Two great experiences so far. Food tastes fresh and minimally fried. Good amount of food for the price. Hope they can hold their high quality in the time to come. Recommend China Inn.

Just tried the new Chinese place in Lemoore and I give it two thumbs up. I did the House Special Chow Mein, Mongolian Beef, and Kung Pao Shrimp. The spicy stuff didn’t have enough heat for me but I’m a Sriracha addict so that wasn’t a big deal. The shrimp was big, cooked perfect and juicy, nice thick cuts of meat in the Mongolian Beef, and the veggies were super fresh and flavorable. Might be competing with Reyna’s for my favorite restaurant in town.
I only took away one star because they didn’t have a beer and wine license, just a personal preference.

I was pleasantly surprised with China Inn. I honestly was not expecting much, but wanted to check out our newest local restaurant. With so many things opening and closing in this location I almost was going because I felt bad for them. But i don’t think this place will be shutting down anytime soon! I foresee a permanent business here. Great food! Seriously, it was actually really good. I got a full plate of orange chicken and pork friend rice for $ 7.50. I will be coming back again, and telling all my friends to go check it out!
