Was looking for a place that sells either fresas con crema, bionicos, or escamocha…
Luckily stopped by this cute little shop on my way home and thought I would give it a try and get my kids some ice cream.
The cute shop is a small area with bright pastel colors. Very clean inside. Has a few chairs to sit inside while you wait to pick up your order. It’s fairly new so I don’t know if they plan to have a few small tables to dine in but for now it’s more take out…
A friend of mine introduced me into trying bionicos and escamocha and I was soon hooked!!! If you don’t know what bionicos or escamocha is… It’s a chopped up fresh fruit salad topped with a yogurt cream, granola, and shaved coconut. Super yummy! Light and refreshing.
Will definitely be making several trips to this place!!!
