This location is just okay compared to the other two locations I use.
First of all the 3 times I have been in there, there is only one person working. Really just one person? Why? You should at least have two people.
I always have to wait forever to get my package shipped. The thing that ticks me off is I have them packed and labeled and ready to go; all I need is them to scan it and give me a shipping receipt.
But there are always people there to make copies and ship I get that, that is why this place exist, but they really should have more than one person working at a time.

Overland Park, KS
The staff is always helpful and friendly. When life calls for copies, I zip in there and get the job done fast. I love the big paper cutter and the supplies they sell. For a smaller copy center they are well equipped. Access in and out is not good but that applies to the entire shopping area. Of course, that is not a problem Fedx Copy Center can fix.

Olathe, KS
This FedEx center is conveniently located next to a QT, which I like. The staff is friendly and you are in and out rather quickly. Nothing much more to say. The only downside is that there is no quick way to get in and out. you have to take the North exit from College heading West, or on the West side on Pflumm, but it wasn’t a big enough deal.
