Pizza Hut

Absolutely amazing!

It’s your basic Pizza Hut food. They have moved locations (so I’m not sure if the address on here represents their move. But at their new location there is no seating, it’s only a delivery and carry out joint.
The only issues I’ve ever had is with the Delivery. (We used them for work one time) and it took a little longer to get food than we expected, so the pizza was cold, and it looked like it was put in a race, because it was kind of all over the place in the box, to where it looked like there was a piece missing. (but it did have the correct number of pieces.)
When it comes to their carry out, we’ve never had any issues, they are pretty good with giving you a time that it will be done.

There was a mess up with our order but the manager Nick took care of the situation to above and beyond.

Good staff. Very helpfully and the food is great. Prices are good and food is done fast. Been coming here for ages and will keep coming back.

Had the worst experience ever here. That saying a lot since every time we go here it’s not all that pleasant.
First– we ask for a high chair for our baby and without even asking us our server flips it upsidedown to make a cradle for our baby carrier. Our baby likes to sit in the high chair so we flipped it back around so she could– now the part my baby will touch has touched the gross carpet and I happened to be out of sanitizer. Great.
Then our server though it would be a great idea to put the piping hot out of the oven pan pizza in front of our grabby 8 month old. Thankfully, I was the only one who burned my fingers on the pan when I frantically pushed it away from my baby so she wouldn’t burn hers.
As we were checking out, we realized our server charged us for the personal pan pizzas which we had BookIt coupons for (the only reason we went in the first place). When we informed her of this she said she needed to get the manager to void it out. Manager never came and our server said it was too late to void out the order (which I know it wasn’t since they hadn’t completed our CC sale yet– I used to work in the restaurant biz and know a few things about old ass point of sale machines). When I expressed my discontent our server said there was nothing she could do because she’s not a manager. Then I asked her to have her manager take care of it (duh?) and she said he couldn’t either.
Really?
Fine.
She told us to come back another time to use the BookIt coupons.
No thanks, Pizza Hut. I sat there in your dirty establishment, put up with your terrible customer service all for my kids to redeem their coupons that they earned for doing an awesome job at school and you won’t even let us use them.
I will not be returning. Next time we’ll go to Pizza Street. They, at least, understand the concept of good costumer service. Plus, they know how to wipe down their tables once and a while. Take a tip, Pizza Hut, or you’ll be going out of business soon.

I looove pizza. It’s one of my favorite foods. Pizza Hut, while perhaps not ‘gourmet’, can generally be counted on to come through. Yeah, I love their breadsticks and personal pan pizzas. Amazingly, some places manage to ruin them, but this location has always done a great job. I’m usually there at ‘off times’, but I think this is more of a carry out and delivery store. A couple of TVs in the corners, and some booths are in the dining room. They do have actual silverware and plates, as well as regular cups; I think they used to have only paper stuff (ugh).
Sarah was wonderful the other night as a cashier and server. :) Thanks, Sarah! The other employees were friendly too. Even though I was usually the only customer, I didn’t notice any horsing around, or loudness from the back, like you do with some places like this.

It’s pizza hut so you pretty much know what you’re gonna get.
that being said, every time i go to this location for a carry out or dine in it’s clean, the pizza is consistent, the employees are nice.
not every location is equal in terms of cleanliness, employee attitude, consistent food prep etc… this location is top notch for pizza hut they’re doing a great job.
(it is pizza hut, not fantastic pizza but it’s cheap and quick and you know what you’re gonna get every time)
