Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is frustrating! It is nearly impossible to get what you ordered in the drive-​through. It seems as though there are language barriers that make it impossible for the staff to understand what you are ordering. If you pay for a combo with a large drink… But choose your beverage to be water, they will only give you a small cup.
I most certainly am not impressed with this location, there are other great restaurants in the area. Steer clear and go somewhere else for breakfast or lunch!

You probably know about Wendy’s, I want to talk about this specific location. This particular Wendy’s is consistently slow (10 cars in the drive-​thru? That’ll be about 23 minutes), they routinely mess up orders, and about half the time the food arrives cold. Also, I hope you like your fries only one-​third of the way filled in the box.
I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat. I’m going to stop going to this location until they can figure some stuff out.

I just left this Wendy’s. I won’t be returning. I drove up to the drive thru. The guy on the other end says may I take your order. I said we need a couple minutes to look over the menu. He didn’t respond. A few minutes and I said were ready to order. He said go ahead. I ordered my food and he said 1134 second window. I said can you please repeat the order. Which why do we have to do everyone else’s job. He repeated it back super fast as if he was irritated. I said did you get the extra sauce. And all of a sudden this grown man says that’s what I said in a very mean tone. I said I’m sorry I’m just trying to make sure I got what I said. I pulled forward. He handed me the food didn’t say a word. Didn’t smile. Didn’t acknowledge I was there. Was handing me the food looking back into the kitchen area. I said is there catchup in there. He said nope. And he grabbed some and handed it to me. And that’s it. I drove away. Now this is the second time at this drive thru with this guy. For cryin out loud Wendy’s when will you get your customer service right. It’s Burger King down the road from now on. This happened on Wednesday night October 22^nd about 915 pm. He did not give or ask me if I wanted a receipt. He had no name tag on. Was a larger guy working the window wearing a black shirt with a spider web tattoo on his left arm. Come on Wendy’s corporate do something about this pathetic drive thru!!!

Typical Wendy’s, pretty good food. Drive thru lady was horrible. She sounds so sad. Cheer up some! Get someone who likes their job!

Terrible Wendy’s, food arrived cold, fries tasteless, staff unfriendly and dirty. My last visit to this Wendy’s location.

Seriously ever time I said an item I wanted at the drive thru before I can finish what I am about to say the monotone queen says «anything else» I mean c’mon … Let me finish my order .! It sounded like she had the energy and happiness sucked out of her … I don’t want to experience that you clearly think your job is lame. But don’t make my experience suck just because you suck at customer service … Anything else !!

This Wendy’s location is terrible. Def the worst Wendy’s in America. They never get the order right. There is no hello, or thank you. If they screw up your order, which happens a lot, and call them, they don’t pick up the phone. They just don’t care. Skip this location and go to BK, Goodcents or the BBQ place up the street.

There’s only so much I can rant or rave about fast food. This place is pretty average in terms of that. It’s the same Wendy’s food everyone knows world wide. I do prefer their breakfast over most of the global chains. The breakfast sausage pannini is my favorite. I also like that their breakfast potatoes are more like home fry wedges than tater tots.
So if you’re looking for a good fast food breakfast I’d say give this a shot. I think you’ll be impressed.

This is not a good Wendy’s. I have been here on multiple occasions after playing golf nearby and I keep forgetting how much I dislike this place until after I show up.
This location is always dirty inside and I feel fortunate if I can find a clean table, the service is very slow (especially since its usually not busy). Last, the staff are remarkably unfriendly.
