So disappointed. It looked like a cute little place to grab soup and a sandwich while walking around. Ordered two cups of tomato soup and a tuna sandwich. It took about 25 minutes to get the food. One adult and three kids working and it was very disorganized. Soup was ok. The tuna melt was just loaded with mayo. Great location but fell way short with food and service.

Great service and friendly people. My only complaint is that one side of my panini had a large air bubble, so half my sandwich was missing bread. Not technically their fault though. Great flavor combos and reasonably priced.

Best place in Lenox for coffee and food. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable compared to other places in lenox. Love the fact you can sit outside and staff brings your order. I have tried the other places for coffee and i found them lacking. Cozy and charming. Wont go anywhere else now. 5 stars. Without a doubt.

I had breakfast here and it was pricey but fine, welcome to Lenox. I came again for lunch and I paid $ 15 for a plain iced coffee and a BLT on grocery store bought bread and bagged chips. They also charge you per tiny cup of coffee if you sit in and eat breakfast. Not my favorite place to go.

We came here after having a very mediocre breakfast and needed some real coffee. My only complaint is that we didn’t go to Shots earlier during our weekend to the Berkshires. It was the best coffee we had AND they had breakfast(for some reason, this was a bit of a challenge… you either had to get good coffee at a coffee house and then breakfast elsewhere; breakfast places had watered down coffee and coffee places only had muffins). Shots Café had a large selection of pastries, macarons, and a full menu. They also make great(translation: STRONG) espresso and cappuccino. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. There also is outdoor seating. My BF and I will definitely be coming back here when we return to the Berkshires.

Great alternative to Haven for brunch! Great omelets, nice folks, right-sized for the Berkshires. And Miles Davis on the sound system!

Great food, easy lunch place, prices are a bit steep for sandwiches and salads, which is why I gave it four stars.

A nice little café in the heart of the quaint downtown Lenox-area. They offer a variety of delicious panini sandwiches. I really like their Cuban. They also have plenty of baked goods and coffee. The café it’s on the small side. There are about 5 or so tables in side and a few outside, however, easy enough to takeout as well. The service is quick and friendly.

This is owned by a husband and wife, and they also staff it… Sunday morning, didn’t want to go to Haven, because is was so crowded, moseyed on down here to the corner of Housatonic St… I had scrambled eggs and spinach with cheddar cheese and didnt wait longer than it took to make it… It was very good, It was $ 6.96, but they have to pay themselves and rent in Lenox… Its nice to have options in downtown Lenox. Nice artwork by Linda Novak on display and you can read the story of the owners and their background on some framed articles they have on the wall as you enter

Really good food and drink, really uneven service. I’m afraid this little café is trying to do too much. They have alot of potential. A lot. Delectable baked goods, about a dozen tables(indoors and outdoors), an impressive array of coffees, teas and lattes, and organic ingredients. However, they seem overwhelmed when faced with more than 2 – 4 people ordering prepared meals(e.g. Eggs and toast). If you don’t mind waiting for your food, and dealing with a mix of slightly frazzled and completely spacy, overwhelmed staff, then you’d be pleased here. If not, you may want to stick with their quicker pre-made options, like iced coffee and muffins. The quality is great and the taste and presentation are above average; they just need to learn to better handle multiple orders at once, if they plan to continue offering full plates.

Bit slow but delicious food and friendliness which can go underrated in the haute culture of the region.
