Pizza: absolutely phenomenal. All the varieties are delicious. The burritos are good but will likely disappoint if you’re used to the real thing, for example they use refried beans but white rice. The beach shack décor is especially jolting on a winter night in western MA and makes for a fun atmosphere. Cash only!

By far the best fall off the bone wings I’ve probably ever had. The veggie quesadilla I had was delicious although after the wings I could barely eat it I was so full. My boyfriend got the chicken burrito which is also delicious. Everything was fresh and not greasy. The atmosphere is great, very comfortable and casual. The staff is very friendly and it’s a very relaxed place to eat! Will definitely be back!

Betty’s pizza is a surf oasis in the midst of a quintessential small New England town. The«shack» is full of multi-colored lights, surf decorations, and trash can stools. Truly original. My kids enjoyed coloring their own paper plates and adding them to the collection of the wall. Great pizza and wings. A 14-inch«short board» cheese fed 3 hungry children with a couple of slices to spare. I loved the Surf The Goat combo with garlic, caramelized onions, sun dried tomatoes and, of course, goat cheese. Another plus: $ 3 coronas. Only negative: no credit cards accepted. We stopped at Betty’s after a visit to Edith Wharton’s The Mount. I recommend them both!

If you go to a pizza convention to benefit your community and people spend good money to sample and vote. Your company should take it more serious and bring enough to last more than 30 minutes into a 4 – 500 people event. No other pizza shop had an issue with stock and even had a runner keeping up with the demand. Extremely disappointed in this company’s lack of sense of community.

Its Good! Don’t get me wrong, this is no Brooklyn thin slice, but this is good. They use very high quality ingredients and turn out a good pizza. They are very family friendly and have a funky surf-bro vibe. This will become one of my normal haunts every time I am in Lenox.

Fun place and tasty pizza. Slightly thinner than NY style. Just remember that they don’t accept credit cards!

Pizza was good. I liked that you can order a slice with any of their topings — no restrictions. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is very clean. Great for kids and adults. A good choice for a quick lunch or snack while shopping in Lenox.

Best pizza in the Berkshires, hands down! They lose a star because they are cash only, which is a major annoyance when you’re working at summer camp that pays by direct deposit and Bank of America’s are basically non-existent in this area. But, I digress, the pizza at Betty’s is BOMB!

Perfect spot for a quit bite. This evening I was running late for a Tanglewood concert and I had two delicious slices of the«Betty» pizza(which is a common margherita.) Dough is crunchy, tomatoes sauce is delicious, and cheese is tasty. The place is cute but really unusual for the Berkshires: the decoration of the all space is with surf-thematic pins, labels, memories, photos, etc. Service is fast. Place is pretty clean. While I was there many people came pick up their orders! Must be a good deal. Bring cash! No card accepted.

Very good pizza but the place and surroundings smell like garbage They should let some of that oven fresh pizza smell that comes out of the oven fill the place up Cute place

Atmosphere is beachcomber in the Berkshires. Food is good and ingredients are fresh. Service was good. Locals seem to look down at the casual joint, yet they were there. Good place for good food.

Nothing all that special, but decent pizza at an affordable price. This being Lenox, «affordable» has to be taken with a grain of salt, but I’ve never left feeling ripped off. Stick with the pizza, especially the very reasonable lunch special, but everything else is decidedly«meh.»

Some of the reviews are unfair to the pizza. Our pepperoni pie today was delicious beyond my expectations(3rd visit over several years). You’ll just have to take my word for it that I am qualified as a Discriminating Pizza Snob. I might not have driven to the Berkshires for it, but I’m sure glad I chose it for lunch! We have been less happy with the burritos, etc. Personally I’d avoid anything with BBQ sauce. The Hawaiian pizza is good.

Best wings in the Berkshires. Not really a buffalo wing, think General Tso’s Chicken but in wing form. Pizza is great too. Order a specially pizza, they are a much better value than picking your own toppings. Cash Only! Why in this day and age is anyone cash only?!

Bring CASH! *smiles* Had to make a run to the nearest ATM after ordering… Food came out fast… Sandwiches all around. I had the Cheese Steak and would return for this sandwich alone. Great atmosphere/vibe.

Consistently my favorite thin crust pizza in the Berkshires with really funky décor(not too common in this region). I’d recommend the«Venice Beach» or «Mr Zogg»(I really appreciate the ability to get chorizo on a pizza) but even a basic pepperoni is great. I guess I should try a burrito from Betty’s, but I like the pizza so much…

Darling Betty’s…I spend the summers in Lenox, MA for work and this is one of my favorite places. Is it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No. But it’s definitely delicious! It’s also fast, friendly, fun, and affordable. I miss their pizza. so it must be good! Betty’s has thin crust pizza and they use interesting and tasty ingredients(as well as the usual suspects of pepperoni, mushroom, etc). One of my favorites is the Mr. Zogg pizza, with chorizo, cilantro, garlic, pepper jack cheese, and other stuff I can’t recall… but it is yummy! They also have a few sandwiches and quesadillas, but I rarely see anyone order them. The place is decorated like a Hawaiian tourist trap exploded inside, which I get a big kick out of. They serve cheap beer($ 2.50 or $ 3), and buckets of ponies(smaller, 7-oz bottles) — 6 bottles for $ 9. Awesome. Check out Betty’s.
