My son and I were passing thru on our way home to Albany and were delighted to find this jewel placed inconspicuously in the middle of Main Street. We were both in the mood for something quick. menu clearly stated that their Pizza was made to order, hence the 30 min wait. I saw a table served the thick crust Pizza and couldn’t resist… well worth the wait. My son who usually isn’t much for words touted it «The Pizza he’d ever had » !! Good job guys

Poor service. Bland food. Waited hour for a burger. Waitress was extremely rude and slow for only working on three tables. Won’t come back.

Visiting the Berkshires and tired from hiking decided to eat in. Took a trip to this place based on the first three reviews. Waitress was really attentive, or so I thought! I ordered a Greek salad — which they make with iceberg lettuce, yuk who does that? Hate iceberg lettuce. For the main dish ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Spaghetti was too soft and sauce was bland. The worst part, I ASKEDFOREXTRABREADTHREETIMES, meal comes with bread and salad. Get back to the hotel — no bread at all! Did not enjoy my meal at all I should learn to read all the reviews! Also should learn not to trust and check everything before leaving an establishment! So dissatisfied!

It would be nice if the number on Unilocal and in the yellow pages was correct instead of some teens and a bitchy mom answering the phone and hanging up on you when you call. The number 413−243−8220 is a home with rude people so beware when calling

Timothy’s is really good. I think the pizza at 51 Park is a little bit better, but Timothy’s is more affordable.

We were there over Columbus Day Weekend. My sister & I each ordered a glass of Sangria & the chicken soulvaki salad.(4 small pieces of chicken on a skewer) and a side order of Pita. Well, we waited at least 40 minutes to get our meals. How long could it take to make a salad? The salads were nothing special & the portions were not large. The Bill came to $ 60.(the 2 pitas came to $ 10.) Of course we tipped he waiteress who was very young but sweet. We spent $ 70. on salad and a drink. Seems they knew it was a Holiday weekend & could get away w/price gouging.

I am sitting here in the restaurant making this review. The food was decent. My salad that came with my spaghetti was odd tasting(the salad dressing was odd and we weren’t offered any options) and was rather little. I would give more stars if the service was good but our particular waitress(she has red hair) really couldn’t be bothered, I think the other waitresses might be ok, but she was very lazy and preferred to stand at the bar socializing. She never came to check on us once. She never brought out the bread that came with my meal. She only filled up one glass of water at the beginning, Not both. The food took a rather long time to come out. When she delivered it, she didn’t apologize for the wait. We ran out of water and we wanted to pack up our food so we had to ask another waitress for help while we watched our waitress standing at the bar staring off into space. Finally, after not checking on us and us waiting patiently, we flagged her down asked her for the check and she said«ok» put the check down and didn’t say anything like«did you like it?» No customer service stuff. Now we are waiting for her to pick up the check. And we will wait and wait and wait. The poor service explains the empty room in such an affluent area. Such a shame because this is good Italian home style food, Update: was going to give three stars but the waitress never came to pick up our check, then when we left NOONE said a word to us as we were leaving. No «thanks!» «Have a good evening!» Nothing. I guess they aren’t thankful for their patrons? Anyway, never again.

Good thin crust pizza. Freshly brewed iced tea. Nice selection of toppings and we loved the cheese blend on the pizzas.

A nice place to eat on such a cute, well maintained street — a slice of Americana with the American flags and big hanging flower baskets. Easy street parking right in front of Timothy’s. Now the food: I ordered the eggplant rotini and it was super delicious. Lightly breaded eggplant rolled with spinach and then topped with marinara and cheese. Really good. Family ordered the Alfredo which looked great and an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Teen ordered chicken tenders which looked good. Veggie soup got a meh. I can only say my dish was delicious !

Quick stop in Lee right off 90. Thin crust pizza with tomato and spinach was fabulous. My son had penne and marinara with chicken which he loved. Will stop again when in Berkshires.

Delicious gnocchi appetizer, followed by thin crust artichoke pizza. Garlic, olive oil, tomatoes… Yum! Enjoyed a wonderful glass of inexpensive merlot recommended by Catherine, our busy but efficient waitress. The restaurant sees a wide variety of friendly patrons, from well dressed retirees on their regular weekly date, to touristing Europeans, to local tradesmen in for a post-work ale. An old timey pressed high tin ceiling and big windows on the Main Street give it a roomy, airy feel. Very nice visit. I’d recommend getting off the Lee exit on the Mass Pike and making the short trip north on route 20 for this spot. Get there early, it fills up fast!

Worst service ever. We’ve been here an hour. Waitress only has excuses, no apologies. The food, however, is excellent. But the waitress is so nasty that we will not be back again. She just smashed my water glass onto the table when i asked for more. There are other excellent restaurants around.

An off night for our waitress(who was polite throughout) and poorly made food. We ordered iced tea and were told they had served the last to a large table(it was only 7 pm.) Oddly enough, a gentleman seated well after us was served iced tea. We waited almost 20 minutes after ordering with no salad or bread on our table. When our meals arrived I had to ask for both. She brought the salads — basic, lackluster combo of lettuce and a couple of cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. A large plastic bottle of dressing was plonked on the table. No bread. I had ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken and broccoli. It was inedible — drenched in so much sauce it was soupy, with grayish overlooked broccoli and a very few cubes of chicken. I tried to get the attention of several servers, but they glanced at me and then turned away. Eventually our waitress returned and I sent it back. She asked what she could do for me and I asked her to just bring the bread. Five minutes later she stopped by, said the bread was in the oven, and offered a complimentary dessert. She brought a plate of cannoli — and they were tasty, but I was now really hungry and eying everyone else’s bread. Also, Iced Tea Man had a plate of perfectly cooked broccoli on his table, which confused me given the zombie colored stuff I’d been served. The bill came, and I was only charged for my daughter’s meal(also soupy fettuccine but she was too shy — and hungry — to speak up.) The bread never arrived. I stopped at Subway on the way back to the hotel for a meatball grinder.

Timothy’s is by far the the best Italian Restaurant in the Berkshires and possibly the state of Ma! Simply delicious! Ordered Shrimp artichoke Scampi– which came w/a delicious flavorful yet light sauce w/jumbo shrimp, Chicken Piccati which was amazing with capers and lemon sauce — had it w/mash potatoes, and their famous Lasagna– delicious! We ordered it for the 35 person Rehearsal Dinner. Everyone was asking the name of the restaurant– which made us look really good, and were totally in awe over how delicious it was! Our only regret was that we didn’t order it for the wedding the next day! And it was so reasonable — offered delivery too, along w/including salad and amazing home made bread. We can’t wait to go back to Lee — just to order from Timothys!

Can I give this place zero stars? I ordered take out, salivating from the delicious smells from the kitchen. After waiting 10 – 15 minutes at a filthy table, a waitress comes over to clean the crumbs off the table, flinging them in all directions including mine. She tells me I have to leave because she needs the table. Fine, no problem. Problem is I am handicapped, couldn’t stand and couldn’t sit at the too high for me bar stools. I didn’t see any other place to sit so I asked for my money back. Waitress said no. I got up and walked towards the door telling her to keep the food then. She follows me out with a bag of food. When I refused to take it, she offered it to the people standing near me on the street. I told her they did not pay for it so they can’t have it. She mumbled something about checking to see what she should do. I went to the car. Had she said sit there while I clean and set the table and then let me check on your order, she would have found out about my handicap and my food would have been ready before she even finished. But I guess that would have been to easy and polite. They made $ 18 easy but I have a big mouth. If you want obnoxious then come here. They take the hospitable out of hospitality.

Location, food and service were exceptional! Our waitress, Teri, made the experience. She was fun, perky and sassy all rolled up in one. The fried calamari appetizer was delicious and you must try Teri’s secret pizza dipping sauce :) First time here but we will most certainly be back.

I followed the recommendations of my fellow Unilocalers and tried this restaurant. It was excellent! It did not disappoint! The food was homemade fresh! The wait staff was fun and friendly — an added bonus! Their menu had something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting Timothy’s if you are in the area and hungry!

My wife, daughter and I stopped here based on the Unilocal reviews, returning from a weekend in Upstate New York. We had a bit of a wait(the place was packed on a Sunday night, which is a good thing) but enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying downtown Lee while the table was being readied. The service was excellent. The waitstaff had obviously had a busy night with several large parties but they were quite courteous and friendly. We shared a salad and a pizza. The salad was excellent, easily shared among three. The pizza was ok,(I am not a big fan of cheddar cheese mixed in with mozzarella). My hunch is that the pasta dishes are the thing to get — they looked huge, so definitely plan to share. We had chocolate mousse cream puffs for dessert, which my daughter inhaled. The only reason I did not rate 5-stars is that the place needs a thorough cleaning, especially the air filters. Hopefully they can take care of this soon and be back on the A-list.

I went in at 4:30 pm for a late lunch/early dinner with a friend. despite many empty tables several people had to check to see if anything was reserved. they offered us a table by the window… in the sun or in the middle of the place near the front door. we asked again if we could sit at one of the tables against the wall, they again had to check to see if the tables were reserved… no one was willing to seat us at the empty table we requested. after standing for 5 minutes. we just walked out. the staff was not friendly, nor nice at all. keep in mind the restaurant was empy!!!

What a TREASURE this place is!!! My son and I stumbled upon this little gem on a weekday afternoon. He was hungry and I not so much. Our server was knowledgable, friendly and attentive. The meal starts off a basket of FRESHHOMEMADE bread. Crispy and crunchy outside, while the soft and ooh so warm and chewy inside. The salad that comes prior to the meal is fresh and colorful and is offered with a wide variety of homemade dressings. My son had ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo. WARNING the portion of this meal was HUMONGOUS. It would easily feed the two of us and maybe some to take home. I however just ordered dessert. Deep-dish apple caramel pie with vanilla ice cream. Buttery and flakey crust with warm and crisp apples topped with this ooey gooey sweet and salty caramel sauce. YUMMY Our visit was so good we came back for dinner with the whole family just three days later. For this dining experience our server was friendly and fun. This meal started out with an app of fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms. Can’t say how the calamari tasted cause I hadn’t tried any. However there weren’t any complaints at this table. Then there were the stuffed mushrooms. Six of them come in a small casserole dish. They are overstuffed with the MOSTINCREDIBLEMINDBLOWINGLYSCRUMPTIOUSMOISTANDDELICIOUS stuffing covered in melted cheese!!! Hard to follow up perfection. But I am game. Now for the main fare. My wife had the veal piccata. Which had been pounded ever so thin to enhance its tenderness. My oldest son had the Penne Tuscany, which is bursting with all sorts of intense warming flavors. My middle boy is too predictable. He had ordered the same as he did for lunch earlier in the week. My youngest boy whom will be ordering chicken tenders til he is sixty years old, was quite content. Now we get to ME. I ordered the baked stuffed shrimp. Not your conventional stuffed shrimp. This is served in a casserole dish a little bigger than the mushroom one. This dish contains not three or four, not even five but SIX large succulent shrimp blanketed with that TODIEFOR stuffing. HOLYMOLY what a rich and fabulously satisfying gift this dish is. Finally to cleanse the pallet: DESSERT. I order the Strawberry shortcake. I was thinking that Timothy sent some of the staff out picking the strawberries while we were devouring our dinner. That’s how FRESH they tasted. Dense, buttery pound cake covered with sweet juicy summery strawberries, topped with fresh made whipped cream. What a way to finish a meal fit for a KING!!! Hurry on down for an ADVENTUREINEATING!!! P. S. I’m sorry I didn’t include any pictures.
