Went for a routine eye appointment. Eye exam was quick, in and out. I needed glasses, so I had to take the time to pick out a pair of frames. One of the secretaries showed me where the glasses were, including pointing out the price ranges(the cheapest glasses are in drawers, obviously), then left me to look on my own. I prefer being able to look at things without having someone hover and point out other options, so this worked perfectly for me. I picked out frames, they took my measurements, and I was on my way. My glasses were ready in a week, and I was in and out when I picked them up as well. Definitely a hands-off approach when I was there(maybe because they seemed on the busy side?), but like I said, that’s my preference!

This place is a joke when it comes to Customer Service. You would be better off getting your eye exam at McDonalds or Burger King. Yes, I realize neither place examines eyes, hence the comparison. They want to make an easy fast buck and do not actually care about the customers needs. There are many more businesses that both deserve and appreciate your business. This is not one of them.
