I never had a problem here. Food is made well and staff is kind and courteous. Usually get pick or delivery, but have eaten inside 2 or 3 times no complaints

Im writing today because I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Pizza Hut. Ive tried to reach out to the local store but apprantly that didn’t work so here I am posting to Unilocal so that I can tell people to not waste their time going. About a couple of weeks ago I had placed and order for Breaded Bone In Chicken Wings and Cheese breadsticks. I had picked up my order and when I got home, realized I was given the traditional wings and the breadsticks were completely burned. I called the store and the woman apologized to me and said they were out of the wings and was unsure why they didn’t call me to inform me. She gave me a $ 15 credit for my next visit. I told her that honestly I am so disappointed I would doubt I would be back. Last night(12÷6÷15) I decided to give a second try. I am completely disgusted with my service and food. I placed the order online but wanted to call to make sure they had the wings this time and asked for the breadsticks to not be burnt as last time. The phone rang and rang and no one ever picked up. Finally after 20 minutes of letting the phone ring and online searching I found an alt number. She said she had the order and assured me she would make sure the order was correct. I picked up the order and when I got home, realize again I receive the wrong chicken wings. The breadsticks were completely black and no sauce was included for that or the mozzarella sticks I order. I have stopped going to this pizza hut many years ago because the pizza sucked, but with the recent promotions on TV, I wanted to give it a try. Boy was I wrong, I should have saved my money or gone to a restaurant of better quality. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. It’s like they are clueless there, with my phone call saying how bad of service I had last time you would think they would have been on top of this. Wanting to WOW me when I came in. It’s almost as if they could care less, to not included sauce a simple task such as that. I’ve worked in the food industry for many years, I understand mistakes happen. But come on who serves someone BLACKBREADSTICKS. they were burnt, would they really had serve that to me if I was a guest in their restaurant? If so that explains the reason it’s always empty. I really hope this letter reaches someone of importance so I will be sending to anyone and everyone at the Pizza Hut chain line I can because something needs to be done. This could be just a simple training that needs to be done or an oven that should be turned down. To lose customers over reasons like this is crazy. You lost me for a customer, but if you really do care about the customer experience which you state in your mission statement then maybe you would like to save some future ones. I would really like nothing more to get my 15 $ dollars back for two wasted meals. If I didn’t have a sick toddler on my hand I would have returned the order and used the money to go to Dominos. A place where the pizza is always on point or when it is not they rectify the issue. This Leominster Pizza Hut is in need for some serious rehab.

Its not bad at noonish the buffet isnt as good as i remember as a child but its still ok for how cheap it is. The sevise i feel is garbage except for the one poir guy doing everything. Hes doing a great job and deff deserves more than he makes XD but its not great but not terrable

I work in the mall nearby and we have repeatedly ordered from this Pizza Hut whenever there was a reason to. After today, never again. I ordered pizza for my associates online for delivery and at the time it was supposed to be delivered, i received a call from the PH management saying they did not have a delivery driver. Why wait until then? Management did not offer any solutions other than to cancel the order, so i did. I called back shortly after and told them i would indeed take the pizzas and would be sending someone to pick them up. Upon arrival, my associate was verbally berated for the inconvenience WE apparently caused HIM by cancelling and changing our mind. Again, no apologies, no trying to make it better, my associate was even sworn at. Im incredibly disappointed. TL;DR Terrible management and customer service.

Not ever going back. I don’t care if their pizza is delicious, this restaurant in Leominster disappoints from the minute you walk in. No greeting! No one waiting up front. A busy waiter/bus boy/dishwasher running about servicing the entire dining room by himself. Loud televisions with competing stations. After being told twice that he’d be right with me, I waited many minutes just standing there. The dining area had several tables occupied with patrons, and cleaned, empty tables waiting for me to take a seat. I was told it would take a few minutes to clear a booth. He never asked me if a table was okay. So, I waited. Because I knew how busy he was, I gave my order, and then asked him for the check right away. I ordered an individual panned pizza with mushrooms, sausage and onions. Took about 10 minutes and I was eating. Good. Always good! The check came, and it was wrong. This waiter did not charge me for the Mountain Dew I was drinking. Only after I left did I realize he never charged me for the toppings on the pizza, either. But, being the honest person that I am, I was going to pay at the register and include the soda that was omitted. NOONEWASTHERE! I tried shouting and knocking, and no one came to the front. I was even approached by another diner who urged me to walk out the door, that this happens a lot. In his words, «They have the worst service. They’re known for it.». I waited and kept on calling out to them in the back of the kitchen. Finally, some woman arrived and took care of it. I told her about not being charged with the soda, and even though I felt responsible to pay it, it might have gone a long way if she took it off my check as a courtesy for how long I waited to be seated. Oh, almost forgot, I wasn’t asked how my visit was, and not asked to come again. Do you think she knows it would be a fake courtesy? Maybe if she didn’t work there, she’d never set foot in there again. I know I won’t.

We waited and waited for a table… The place was dead. We had a 2 year old and a 4 month old with us, so we were loaded up and not really in the mood to stand and wait. Finally some kid comes out and shows us to a table. Everything seemed dirty and old. My 2 year old was trying to count all the stains on the table. Bathroom stunk and had urine all over the floor(ironically with a wet floor sign). THe plates they brought out were dirty. The food was just okay… Breadsticks sucked. The employees were friendly and helpful. I could tell they cut staffing to save costs so those poor kids are doing the best they can. My wife got sick on the way home and my 2 year old had diarrhea the next morning… We will never go back… Beware!

Service slow, breadsticks cold, bathroom nasty urine all over the floor. Only one bathroom in service and less than ¼ roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Patron load very lite wonder why, stay away.

Pizza Hut did credit me the 43 dollars from my four pizza I got. I decided to use it and try the bone in wings. I got the buffalo, BBQ and spicy BBQ. They were very good. Not a lot of meat but the flavor from the crunchy breading was delish.

Pizza Hut pizza is Pizza Hut pizza — either you like it or you don’t. This Pizza Hut I had hopes for after they remodeled it. They really had their stuff together there for awhile but it ended up like it always been with horrible service and rude, teenaged staffers who could give a crap about what you want or how you want it. I try to do take-out when I can so I don’t have to deal with them.

70th Birthday Party disaster… We ordered 5 pizzas 5 hours before we needed them delivered to give them plenty time. 45 minutes after the expected delivery time, we called the restaurant to check on the order. We were told the delivery person was out with orders and couldn’t tell us if our pizzas were on their way or even if the order was even started, eventually being hung up on by staff. We waited another 45 minutes to see if they would arrive. Still nothing. We eventually decided to call another pizza place in town and had our pizzas in less than 30 minutes. Somebody from Pizza Hut actually called us back 2HOURS after the pizzas should have been delivered. Not acceptable. Will not be going back.

Oh My GOD! Worse service ever. I just got done sending corporate complaint. They did not give enough space for me to really get it all out but here we go. I was about to take lunch and go pick up my wife to take her to work. I thought it would be nice to get a pizza and have lunch with her before she had to go in. I call the local 978 number and after ringing for a minute I could tell it transfers and the recording says they strive to answer calls within a minute. After being on hold for 5 minutes someone comes on the line and asks if I am ordering for take out or delivery. I said I would like to order for dine in. I was simply calling ahead so the food would be ready. They say they are sorry but I would have to call the store, and that they will transfer me. So after waiting for 5 minutes they transfer me and I wait another 3 minutes while the phone is ringing. Then I am disconnected. I call back and place an order for carry out. I figured it would just make the whole situation easier. Boy was I F-ing wrong! They told me on the phone the order would be ready for pick up at 2:12 I get there at 2:30 and I see the pizza still sitting on the conveyor belt from their oven. That’s fine np. When I tell the lady that I am wanting to sit down to eat she shot me a look like I was an idiot. She starts to get visibly upset and starts to tell me that I can’t dine in. Then says and I quote«you can eat in this time but next time you have to call the store to order for dine in» I said to her that I tried to call but no one was answering the phone. Her reply was«Well, we aren’t answering the phone because we are under staffed right now and really busy». Okay, I will look over that comment which is really unprofessional(she admits she is blowing off customers that are calling in orders). Looking around I see 3 people sitting down in the lobby. No reason at all for blowing off call ins. Being under staffed is not my fault. Anyways, she says«So you can sit down and I will bring you out your pizza this time, but next time you have to carry it out, if the head pizza hut guy were to come here and see you eating it in the store I would get in trouble» Get in trouble for what? a customer enjoying his meal? So I go sit down and wait. 2:45 and she comes over to ask if I would like a drink. I swear on baby jesus’s golden fleece diaper this place is NOT busy at all. My wife has to go to work and I have 15 minutes left on my lunch break. I tell her I just need to carry it out cause I do not have the time to sit down now. She has her manager ring me up. So the manager(name badge says management team) takes my money from me. His hands are covered in pizza sauce. I really hope he washed them after handling my cash. I ended up eating my cold pizza(it was cold when I got it) in my cold car in the parking lot of my work. I am so angry at pizza hut for ruining my lunch break. This is not a good day 2 without nicotine. F U pizza hut. I would rather eat shit then your food in the future.

Pizza tastes like all the other pizza huts. The only bad thing is the wait. They never seem to have enough people and the wait for a pizza can reach up to an hour. I think its the same in most pizza huts I have dined with though…

This has always been a solid Pizza Hut locations. Every Hut usually tastes the same, as its hard to mess up chain food, and this one isn’t much different, but I can’t think of a time where they have messed up an order so it’s nice that they’re consistent. The service is usually quick, and the restaurant itself is clean. Prices are typical chain pizza place levels, so they’re a bit pricey for what it is, but that’s what you get for wanting name brand stuff. Best option is to order online and use their coupons, as they have great deals that way. Good variety of crusts to choose from, and the P’zones aren’t bad either. I’ve always thought the cheese sticks were the best around. Over the years they started charging for extra sauce, which is slightly annoying but understandable, however they have changed the serving cups to very small sizes and still charge the same. Not cool Hut. Still, one of the better chain pizza places to order from. Now with delivery. Very good and reasonably priced lunch buffet, too.
