Just walked in and asked the guy at the register if there were any pool tables open and he said yeah we usually go by the hour but we’re closing in half an hour. The guy didnt even look at me when he was saying it and kept staring at the screen. I then said, i thought you were open until 3:00am. And he just said not tonight. If you look on Unilocal it specifically saus open until 3:00am. We came from Amityville. Wont be coming back here. Terrible customer service.

Good discovery. I am grateful for having found this. The tables are dirty but hey they are very functional. 18 tables, both 8 and 9 footers. Staff was friendly and unobtrusive.

Good people, good food, nice selection of libations and of course pool tables. What more could you ask? Maybe some live music from time to time?

Actually a pretty good pool hall. Came here with a few friends just to play a few hours and have the Met game on in the background. I forget their pricing, but it is some of if not the best pricing per hour I have seen in a pool hall. This is a real pool hall, not a bar with a few tables. Decent cocktails and some craft beer bottles but nothing out of the ordinary. Really cool place to kill a few hours. Rather shoot pool and drink than go to a movie for around the same price.

Friendly staff, pretty decent drink menu, only food I’ve tried is the quesadilla a couple times and unfortunately every time it tastes very bland with little flavor, literally just chicken & cheese also both times it took a while for it to finally come out. Also the music is always some vibe killing depressing rock or techno.. . All in all however the pool and drinks are reasonably priced and the service is good most of the time.

This place is THEE spot to go for food with pool. I have tried multiple dishes here and they all have been delicious… so much so you get confused and ask yourself«Am i really eating this at a pool hall?“The hostess is always friendly and welcoming and the décor leans on the club style theme if youre into that. I personally dont mind as long as I am able to enjoy a beer, good food, and able to hear my friends talk as we conversate over a round of pool. There was one time where we were placed right by the DJ speaker that nealry blew our ears out, but after a request to tilt the speaker a bit, it was fine. I wont be shaving a star off as I believe it was an isolated incident and our concerns were heard. I am glad a business like this is nearby as it can be a solid turn-to for dates, friends, or even your mom!

Come here all the time and I’ve never had a bad moment. First off the manager and the bartenders are amazing and always have something friendly to say, the food is spectacular especially when you just got out of work and you don’t want to get tooooo buzzed with the drinks soon to come. Bathrooms are very clean though a touch cramped for my preference. If you just want to come with people just to chill in their lounge area and have some drinks and food it’s very accommodating for that as there is plenty of space to chill and sit. All in all, good tables, good food/liqour, and it’s clean. Amazing staff

I just have to add that I come here all the time and the music is always the same. It must be like depressing rock radio on pandora. Who likes to play pool to that? Anyway, I finally had the food. They offer a much simpler menu than the one they have online. And I’ve noticed the the cook is not always there so call ahead if you def want food. I opted for the veggie burger to which the bartender said they didn’t have at the moment, along with a few other menu items. We ordered: The classic burger: Ordered it med rare, came out pretty medium-medium well. But it was still DELICIOUS. Very flavorful and came with onion tomato and lettuce. The fries were well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The tai chili wings: Solid wings, very meaty and tender. The spiciest tai chili wings I’ve ever had, but delicious. Potato skins: Omg, best I’ve had. They looked good but tasted ten times better than they looked. The sour cream and bacon was baked into the potato and they had a layer of chedda on top. I wish I had them right now, I want more!!! They only served four which was filling but they were so good I could have had ten. This is a great pool spot. Solid food, very clean, good crowd. Love the bartenders, they’re always going above and beyond. But I can’t give it five stars because I’m always either extremely cold or sweating my ass off, and I just can’t get on board with the music.

I’ve been here 2 times. Both times were very fun. It’s nice and roomy and has a bar where you can wait for your table. My friend and I usually get pitchers of Blue Moon and we’re set. There are usually people there who are willing to mingle and play friendly games with each other. Both times, we met some friendly people and had an enjoyable time. Coming here, you should expect the bill to be $ 45 or more. If you bring more than just yourself, the bill would be less for each person.

Fun spot to meet up with a friend or a date. Great drinks but very limited food menu. Bartenders are cool and knowledgable. Beats the typical pool hall. Definitely more upscale.

So, my bf and I recently got into playing pool. After irking every single bartender at McCann’s because we were always asking for quarters to play pool there, we decided to check out Cue Nine. I’ve heard nothing but good things about Cue Nine, and that the food is so good. After reviewing the menu, I thought this place would be a cute little play to play pool and eat. The first strike against Cue Nine is that when we arrived, we were told that there was no cook that night. I guess no truffle fries for me. The next strike was that the other customers were kind of creepy… and this place is awkward if you’re a girl because it was a complete sausage fest. There wasn’t a third strike… yet. I’m giving this place a chance, because it was pretty cheap to play a couple hours of pool, they had a decent craft beer selection, the staff was super nice, and the bathroom was really clean. I’m looking forward to coming here when the cook is actually in.

Went with my wife and 12 year old daughter after a nice dinner on a Wednesday night. I was not sure if i was allowed to bring the kid in but the guy behind the counter said it was ok. We played for an hour i had a few beers. I gotta say i had an awesome time. I haven’t been in this location since i was in high school when it was called Levittown billiards i think. They have redone it it over very nice and comfy .It was not filled with the typical bar/pool jerk offs. We will be returning for sure.

I’m a big fan of doing something when I go out with my friends. I either want to sit and talk with friends or go and do something to accompany my drinking. Which brings me to Cue Nine. They are the classy pool hall. They have a small bar area and a lot of pool tables. It isn’t too expensive to go put your name in for a table, have a drink or two, then bring your drink over to the table(don’t put the drink ON the table) while you play. There’s plenty of room around each table for everyone to play on their own. It’s one of the quietest bars I’ve been to, which I like because I do like conversation. They had Banana Bread beer which was something I always wanted to try(and may again if it wasn’t so expensive everywhere). It’s my go-to suggestion when we have no idea what to do, probably because when you go to Cue Nine you atually are DOING something.

I frequent this place, and I am always very satisfied when I arrive and as well as when I leave. Suzanne the bartender is always right on top of everything and is the nicest bartender you will find. From what I have tried on the food so far, it is definetely a huge step up from your regular bar fare. The chimichangas are so good. The chef obviously puts his heart and passion into the food he prepares. I like that. The other patrons are friendly. Bobby at the front desk always greets everyone. This place is a must go if you haven’t been already.

A few years ago a friend of mine introduced me to this place and I have been a regular ever since. Everyone on staff is amazing at what they do and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Cue Nine is the place to go even if you aren’t in to drinking like me! Playing pool or darts is always a good time and the food is beyond what you would expect from even a restaurant. With help from the manager, Bobby, I have hosted numerous charity events here and we even had my brother’s engagement party here. This place is the best in every way, hands down.

When I was last here, 8 months ago, I was becoming a regular. a big part of it was the tip I wrote than that they were not only bar food, but also had organic food menu items. As of today, October 18, 2014 there are no organic items on the menu and in prime time Saturday evening, 7pm dinner, the NY steak, Pan seared scallops, French onion soup, was not available. This pretty much left a menu that was sub-par to Chucky Cheese. Good Billiards and the place is still the same, however empty for a Saturday night as one would expect. perhaps they are eating and will come back later, which is what I will be doing. It is important that I update this review as my prior TIP noted they had«organic food items» on the menu. Not the case anymore. The manager did advise me the menu was being updated, so I will visit again shortly to provide an update! Nice place, good people, so I am hoping things get better. — — -

Four stars if you are just looking to play pool. Great pool ambiance. Subdued lighting. Leather furniture. Equipment reasonably well maintained. Nice looking place, a notch above most pool halls. Food. Over-priced and under portioned. Burgers were dry. Calamari was fine, but looked like someone had eaten 1⁄3 of it before it hit our table. Fries appetizer was a personal size portion, but priced as a table sized portion. Service is unbelievably painfully slow. They need a second microwave. Okay beer selection on tap. But the beer and alcohol were overpriced. There’s a good, inexpensive Chinese Place next door that I’ll do the food at before hitting Cue 9 for pool.

Did the $ 25 food deal with a free hour of pool this past weekend… Just made the night sooooo much better. Such a great deal for Unilocalers. I will admit food was a tad expensive, but we did enjoy it! The wings are insanely huge! If you like meaty wings I suggest you get these! I got a burger and it was definitely a gourmet one! Not some cheap little diver bar burger. My boyfriend and I shared an entrée… it took almost 40 minutes but luckily we were in a talking mood so it did not bother us as much. However we were the only ones eating… so I can not imagine how long it would have taken if more orders were being made. What was so great was as soon as we were done eating our pool table was ready for us… so we just got up and walked over and started playing. We did not even have to pay for our food bill until we were leaving and done playing pool. It was a GREAT date night. we really like this place.
