They always give me the best price. They never push me towards a particular brand /style. They are always able to answer my questions. Ask for Jeff(I’ve followed him from PC Richard location to PC Richard location as he’s moved around because I trust him).

I want to commend Rick Gioia, Director of Service for personally getting involved with our new washing machine issue. He was attentive reasonable and took action quickly. Wayne, the service manager, who was sent over, made sure the installation with the drain/hose issue was completed properly. He was extremely conscientious in attending to this problem.

Went in for a dryer bought the dryer was never told about a 50 dollar delivery charge .All they had to do was drop the dryer off and i was installing it myself. So for 50 dollars they lost a customer. Turns out my washer went the next week as well as my stove .I took my business to Jays appliances instead .So in the long run PC lost out on over 1500 $ for being sheisty about 50 $.

I just want to update what happened in resolution of my earlier review of my purchase of the LG refrigerator: Things got worse before they got better, but in the end this was resolved. Sunday afternoon, this time a PC Richard truck finally arrived with two PC Richard uniformed installers who laughed at the clowns who had done the original job, scoffing and saying, «they didn’t check to make sure it was running properly before they left?» Well, they quickly diagnosed that the copper tubing was incorrectly connected and told me that they would put in a whole new connection. They were done very quickly and in retrospect, I realize that they pushed the fridge back in place before I could see them do their due diligence and check their«perfect» work. Well, don’t you know that a few hours later, I had another puddle of water in the middle of my kitchen floor. These numbskulls hadn’t checked to make sure they had done it correctly either. Well, at least I didn’t tip them $ 40 for their shabby work, as I had the first pair of guys! Needless to say, I was livid. And this is now at 8 p.m. on a Sunday night, I live alone and had to work all week, knowing that I could not be home to welcome in a third try at this repair until the following weekend. The only saving grace in the whole horrid tale is that my salesman, a gentleman named Jason, who I never knew before that first time I walked into PCR years before, but who has been the only appliance and electronics salesman I have purchased from since, had taken such personal care and had given me his private cell phone number that afternoon because he wanted to hear from me as soon as the repair had been done. Well, with the store closed at that hour, I imposed on this poor guy at home. And he was more than sympathetic to my plight. He gave me all the options he could think of and(long story long enough already) the fridge was properly fixed two days later(apparently Monday was not a possibility for service… I don’t see why either, but oh well). Also, on Tuesday, Jason went to the store manager and got me $ 125 credit back for the installation part of the delivery… the least they could do, don’t you think! Surprised I had to pay any part of this charge, but I am pleased that he thought to do even that. I mean, he showed that(even in the face of probably what looked like he had lost a great customer due to others’ incompetence), he still cared and I am more than grateful for that. You never know, with Jason’s kind of individual attention, I just might have to return to PCR Levittown someday again. Perhaps the next time for something that doesn’t require delivery and installation.

i went to the levittown location for a small appliance, the minute i walk in there were plenty of salesmen. even gave me a small discount. customer service was very good and knowlegeable

Whenever we’re in the market for an appliance, computer, electronics, etc., my husband does ALOT of comparison shopping and research first. Believe me, in the end, we could probably write our own Consumer Reports on what we’re looking for and we always find ourselves at P.C. Richard’s anyway. Every manager or salesperson that we have dealt with here has always been extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. What I like the most is that we never felt like we were being pressured into purchasing something so they could just make a quick sale. I’ve dealt with salespeople like that in the past and would just walk out the door. They are the complete opposite here. We’ve purchased our computer, digital camera, Ac’s and our newest addition, our HDTV all from this store. Our salesperson actually saved us almost $ 500 on the TV by suggesting we consider purchasing the floor model vs. one that was boxed and in the warehouse. Granted, the newer model was coming out the following month, but everything you purchase nowadays gets outdated pretty fast anyway. It was a no brainer on that one and the TV was in perfect condition. This store is always immaculate and fully stocked. Plenty of parking in the front and back as they’re located right next door to the Tri County Flea Market. I also like the fact that they will match any competitor if they carry the same product at a lower price and will credit the difference of what you paid if P.C. Richard’s drops their prices within the month of your purchase there. Just show them your receipt as this has happened to us once before and they did credit us. So, now we’re in the market for a new barbecue and my husband has already begun to hit those books and collect those flyer’s, but, I already know where we’ll end up buying it from!
