Meh. We have gotten take out and delivery a few times… each time hoping that it was just a one off situation.
Sadly, these are regular situations. The food looks and sounds good! The salads leave something to be desired and the food often times is delivered without the proper condiments. It’s a shame because then we either have an incomplete meal or… we wait for them to return an hour later.
The delivery charge isn’t pretty either. It’s sad because then the driver gets a smaller tip.

Ordered a cheesesteak with extra, EXTRA cheese (take out order) as part of our order and in trying to give them a second chance. Tried them once before and when I ordered a cheesesteak there was no discernible taste, hint, smell, etc of cheese even when asking for «extra» when placing the order. Figured this time around I’d make sure to double up on the request for extra cheese. Well they either don’t know how to cook a cheesesteak or don’t like being asked to provide extra cheese because what I received was inedible. The slices of cold, unmelted and horrible tasting cheese they lined the bottom of my sub with killed it.

Got a slice of pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. Juicy and fresh! Tried a few other pizza places in the area and this was the favorite. Wish it was available back home near DC.

Everything I have had at Pat’s has been great. The Veggie Pizza is awesome, and so are the subs. The friendliness of the staff is also worth mentioning. The place is always spotless. Tables are always clean.

In our ongoing quest to find something like the pizzas of our youth (NYC style), we stopped here to sample both a cheese pie (for my wife) and a cheeseless veggie pie (for me). See photo for my pie.
The restaurant is in a strip mall, so don’t expect fine dining. One orders at the counter, pays and then the staff delivers the items to your table.
My wife found her pie ok albeit thick doughy crust like Pizza Hut or that awful local chain Grotto Pizza (btw, does anyone ever eat there twice?). My pie came somewhat raw and uncooked in the middle. They were happy to send it back to the oven a bit more when I requested. When returned to the table, it was fully cooked but had a massively thick and cakey crust.
So, we! ve scratched Pat’s from our list and continue our search for truth, justice and real New York style pizza here at the beach!

Ordered a large pepperoni, mushroom pizza at 9:07 last night and we are still waiting for it. Called at 10:16 and no answer. You just lost a customer. Update: called and asked to speak to the manager, was told he wasn’t in but would call us later… Never called.

I’m not from the area and was hesitant when I saw how many locations they have. When I called the first thing I asked if they were a chain like Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. They assured me they were not and that they we’re a delicious mom and pop shop with traditional pizza. I now know that they have a very different idea then I do of what a mom and pop pizza shop should be. The pizza was boring and exactly what I was afraid of. In addition to some plain and pepperoni pies we ordered the buffalo chicken pie in a medium. It was the size of a small pie and when we opened it we discovered the gave us bbq, not buffalo like I ordered and had confirmed. (Large plain pies were sized right). We also ordered wings which is why I’m giving them any stars at all. The wings weren’t bad. We got our sauce in the side so they weren’t too soggy.

Honesty this is the best pizza will find in this area and here is why. First off the dough was fresh, cheese was high quality, and food is amazing! Also delivery was very fast. Hope u follow my advise and check the place out.
