This place is horrible and the workers are very rude. Within this past week we tried to have a delivery order placed and we’re constantly stopped when they said they aren’t gonna deliver to the devuex area near NU. At first I was understood that it may be out of the way for the delivery person. After we already placed the order she decided to call us back after she already charged the card 30 $ and told us she couldn’t deliver to us and canceled our food order. The Lady on the phone accused us of not giving the delivery man the correct amount of money when we actually paid him the right amount and tipped him 5 $ from a delivery earlier this week. I try to be understanding of people who work in the restaurant business(I’ve been a server for a few years) but this is just unprofessional and rude. Don’t order from here! Don’t support this business!

I should have checked Unilocal before we sat down. It was an unpleasant surprise to find that Lewiston could have such a low quality restaurant. The service was amateur(had to flag server down for refill which then took another 10 minutes) and the food was not good. I ordered a steak sub and the«steak» was best described as «mystery meat» — the type of pressed, flat meat that you may find in a cafeteria. The fries, while crispy and well seasoned, tasted stale, as did the croutons on my mom’s salad. When the bill arrived we were pleased with the price, but then we quickly recalled: «you get what you pay for.»

Having worked in restaurants I am usually forgiving of certain problems because I understand what the servers and cooks deal with but lying is never excusable. My family and I were vacationing to see the Falls and decided on some Italian fare. We were a party of 7 and the problems started right from the beginning with drinks. Waitress tells she has a full stocked liquor bar but then doesn’t have Crown. She offered Crown Apple and then didn’t have that either. Our order was boneless buffalo wings for an appetizer, a pizza flat with toppings, a chicken parmesan dinner and I ordered a chicken cutlet dinner(chicken parmesan without cheese) because I am lactose intolerant. The chicken parm was first out. Then came the pizza which was slightly over cooked with very darkened crust. This was not an issue as this is my families preference. Then the appetizer came out. Then my chicken cutlet finally came out. I already knew there was an issue but asked the waitress to wait while I moved the mound of tomato sauce to reveal melted mozzarella cheese. The cook screwed up and put cheese on mine, the waitress no doubt caught it so the cook scraped it off but not able to get it all he decided to cover it with more sauce. When I told the waitress to take it away because it has cheese in it she responded with«still!» How crappy that they would take a chance with a customers health. I also did not allow them to remake me anything as I am sure if a cook is willing to be so careless that he could also be immoral and I want none of that. Unfortunately we chose that restaurant based on some pretty good Google reviews. I now know Unilocal is the place to check. For the record I did tip the waitress as it was unclear if she knew of the cooks shenanigans. She said she brought my upset to his attention but he denied any wrong.

DONTEVERGO!!! We didn’t even get a chance to taste our pizza. We waited ONEHOURFOLKS before we walked out. We asked for a manager and her response was… There is no manager here at the moment. I never write reviews but I was so upset that she couldn’t even explain why the long wait. I could have robbed the restaurant and they would have never noticed… That’s a joke but you get my point. Save yourself time, money and if u decide to eat at Brio. Have a snack before u go because you will be waiting.8-( Eric

No complaints, other than one of the beers we ordered wasn’t very fresh. We got the«stinger» pizza and it was great! Really different toppings, and was very tasty. We also ordered nachos, and both myself and my fiancé thought the quality of tortilla chips was good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience! The server was nice, and we sat outside and it was very affordable — we were originally going to go to Brickyard, but there was too long of a wait for outdoor seating. We were happy with our choice to go to Brio!

I heard this place has vegan pizza, so I ordered a pie when I was up in Lewiston visiting friends. The pizza is good. It’s probably the best vegan pizzeria pizza I’ve had in the area. I you want to feel like a regular person and just call and order a pizza, you can get the full pizza experience here. The cheese is clearly Daiya and when I called, they told me they only had pepper jack. That’s my favorite Daiya flavor, so I didn’t mind at all. It made for a nice spicy pizza. It was nice and melts and the crust wasn’t too thin but not too thick; it has a good chew to it. Staff were perfectly friendly on a Saturday mid-day.

My husband called in a take out order tonight and the woman that answered the phone was very rude! She seemed upset that she had to do her job. When he got there to pick up the food there were no employees to be seen. A family was waiting to be seated and was complaining about how long they had been there.

I’m an official«hater» when it comes to this place. Tonight we had some pizza and if I can accurately describe this I would do it this way: if Willy Wonka made pizza, this is what it would be. It’s so sweet it’s actually nauseating. The dough was as limp and soggy as a wet sock. Salads were a lovely shade of greenish-brown. You may ask yourself«why would this guy go back to a place he gave a one star review to?» I don’t have any reasonable answer for you.

Brio is perhaps the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Low-end, frozen ingredients and undercooked crust. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Absolutely no flavor. No seasoning anywhere. Terrible — Tastes like cardboard terrible. Seriously folks, Pizza Hut is gourmet compared to this. The bad food was matched by equally bad service. It took us 15 minutes to get waited on, drinks were never refilled, and over 20 minutes to get our check. Besides a fairly nice patio Brio has no redeeming value. Save some time and buy a frozen pizza. It’ll somehow taste better and without the terrible service. You might even get melted cheese.

Not worth the long wait in a dead restaurant for very low quality frozen DiGiorno pizza.

Went to Brio this afternoon, and while the pizza was decent, the service was atrocious. We ordered the spinach & roasted red pepper, and when it arrived, it was the wrong pizza. The server said she put the wrong pizza order in, and grudgingly said we could have what we ordered, but we figured the first one took so long, we would just eat what she brought. She said she would take money off the cost, so we figured it wasn’t a big deal. When we got the bill, however, she charged us for what she brought, along with a $ 4 charge for tap water(seriously). We questioned it, and were told that the pizza we ordered was a $ 19 pizza, and she charged us $ 14.50, so it was cheaper. I pointed out that the $ 19 pizza never made it to the table, so charging us for the wrong one wasn’t a discount — she snapped back at me some nonsense about tax included, and then asked rudely who was paying for it. Despite my calmly telling her there was no need to be rude, she continued to be snippy throughout our checkout process. Slow service, which we undoubtedly got, I can overlook. Rude service is entirely a different story, and for this reason, I won’t be returning again.

First we’ll start with the positive: nice to sit outside on patio Good location Then the not so good: Food was mediocre at best. Living in buffalo pizzerias are a dime a dozen. French fries were cold, pizza was ok… not bad, not great. Fish fry ehhh, Tartar sauce questionable… Great location. We ended up here because brickyard BBQ next door had an hour wait. Hopefully next time we’ll be early enough to hit up the BBQ next door.
