So I would have written this review earlier but the internet at my house has been out since Thursday(it’s now Monday). This seems to happen about 2 or 3 times a year with Clearwire. When we called to troubleshoot the issue they took over an hour and still couldn’t tell us what was wrong with our connection but they said we probably need a new modem(they say that every time it goes out). Since then I’ve talked with at least 4 people who also have Clearwire and who haven’t had internet since Thursday either. Clearwire assured all of them no one else was having this issue. So either they’re lying to all of us or everyone in Pullman who has Clearwire needs a new modem. In addition to the lying, incompetent customer service, and frequent outages Clearwire internet is so slow that we can’t stream Netflix. I wouldn’t recommend Clearwire to anyone and the only reason we’ve had it for this long is because our internet is included in our rent so we didn’t think we had a choice. I’ve heard Time Warner is much faster and about the same price. I think we’ll try them next.
