B-Dry Systems of Middlesex & Essex

My experience with B-​Dry has been nothing short of remarkable. Our basement unfortunately had leaking problems and we decided it had to be fixed, so unsure of what needed to be done, this was the best company to go with. We met with 3 companies and decided to go with B-​Dry and it was the right decision.
The staff were professional at every level. My first encounter was with Mr. Bill Clayton. He was knowledgeable and fairly concerned at ensuring that our problem was taken care of correctly.
The crew that did the work was fast and efficient. They walked me through every step of the process. They were courteous and paid attention to detail. We had a minor concern after the work was done and an engineer was sent down immediately. He put to rest our concerns and answered all of our questions truthfully.
I would recommend B-​Dry to everyone. They are knowledgeable, courteous, fast, and efficient.
