Good food. Awesome bread. They make their own bread — a kind of flat bread. It’s different and tastes good. The food is fresh and a great alternative from burgers and fries.

It is unacceptable to shove the food at the customer and rudely tell them that they have not been waiting 15 mins when they clearly have. Lying under any circumstances is not acceptable. Went in on a friday morning about 9am. I complained about them being slow and told them that I had been waiting for 15 mins. But it didnt only end there. Only if they had apologized for waiting then everything would have been fine. But they had to rudely shove my sandwhich at me, tell me I had NOT been waiting 15 mins then walk off. I tried to call them on the phone later to confront them about it. I was not even mad that I had waited, I was more upset at the fact that she had so rudely told me that I had not been waiting atleast 15 mins when I clearly had based on the time stamp on my receipt. Rather than calmly hearing what I was trying to say, they either hanged up on me or talked over me so I didnt get a chance to explain to them that all I wanted was for her to apologize for saying that I had not been waiting as long as I had. When I called back and asked for the manager, the rude lady said she is the manager. I will be surprised to see how the store does with such poor management. Bottom line: 1 star for decent food. 0 stars for rude service. I would have given them –5 stars if I could have.

Slowest service I have ever experienced. Totally unacceptable. Food was acceptable when it arrived. Twenty five minutes later.

They have good sandwiches and salads. Only had the flatbread pizza once but it was good too. I wish the prices were a dollar or two cheaper, since it’s just a sandwich place… but it’s good quality food and tastes great.

Definitely the choice of selections at the Lexington Convention Center. Fresh made flat bread before your eyes, cooked to perfection on a flatbread pizza or one of their delicious melts. Worth the price, which isn’t bad! I had the chicken and garlic pizza one day and the chicken with pesto melt the next day. I’ll be back.

This lil joint is in the bottom of the Hilton downtown in the food court off of Rupp. They offer a few soups, salads, and sammies. This day I had a turkey bacon and cheddar sandwich with chips. My buddy had a Thanksgiving day sandwich and a bowl of fu. Before he ordered his fu, he sampled the clam chowder and the fu. It seems their clam chowder came with the shell hidden in there and he cracked his tooth. MANDOWN!!! He didn’t tell the workers there that he broke his tooth on their what should be mushy soup, but we still finished our lunch there before we walked on. Their bread is sliced up and sit out for samples while you wait for your food. It is quite tasty and soft. The service was great and the sandwiches were made to order. Nice place all in all if you are needing a quick bite down town and in that shopping area. I wouldn’t recommend the chowder. SHHHH. If it wasn’t for the tooth issue i would have given them a 4 star rating… and that is the TOOTH :)

I really liked their signature salad. Kind of a weird store set-up next to the door of the mall, but they were quick and the food was good.
