New Life Carpet Cleaning

I have used this company over 9 years. They were great at first– always took extra time and my carpets were cleaner than when other places had cleaned. But in 2014 had them come to a new house that has much less carpet. I had some bedrooms cleaned just because they were coming. The main reason they were coming my puppy chewed an ink pem and left a stain. I had blotted and gotten a lot but still the stain lingered. New Life with just one worker came. He got the stain out but it reemerged within 24 hours. The rest of the job was fine not wonderful, When I called to see if someone could take a stab at it again the answer was no not without paying for whole new visit. I had some stairs that could be cleaned but we’re not enough to reach the minimum number I think $ 75. No one tried to help or even called me back. I emailed the New Life website and no one responded. It would have been nice to think they appreciate their customers particularly one over 9 yeas. Oh well, plenty of other companies!
