I basically live at this Starbucks location. Each of the employees remembers my name and my order. But always ask if I’d like to change it up. Overall, they’re courteous and very productive. Great experiences. It also serves as a great study location.

I come here often because I’m downtown often and like Starbucks. That said, this is one of the worst locations in the city.
The baristas are often rude and inattentive and the check out process can be painfully long. They’ve also tried to shake me down for cash only transactions before. When I whip out my phone to pay they suddenly can get the computer to cooperate again.
If there was another Starbucks downtown I’d never visit this one.

We had coffee here right before they closed. Be warned if you pay in cash you don’t get a receipt. We went back the next day and told them their drinks weren’t great. We got the 3rd degree and reluctantly they made our drinks over again. I’ve worked for Starbucks in Los Angeles and we never questioned a customer we just made the drink over and would give them a free coupon for their beverage of choice next time they came in. Sorry mot sorry but I drive an Audi TTS I can more then afford a latte from Starbucks. SMH as if I need to get over on someone for a free coffee.

Good customer service, and I always love Starbucks.
Lots of window seating, not too loud, but not too quiet.
But there are some bugs in here… the usual, just hangin out on the windowsill – oh I just had to wave one away while typing this. Nice.

Sorry that Starbucks downtown is struggling… maybe offer a day of special drinks half off or something? I went there, there was no AC, no laughing like the Starbucks in Hawaii, ppl only came for their lunch breaks, no tekkies around (I love to see tekkies) means the future has promise! I think maybe in KY where everything’s cheaper Starbucks COULD AFFORD to offer some more Specials and half off drinks like in Hawaii.

Was feeling in need of a lift and found it here because the manager and employees are so nice and helpful.

Starbucks is great. This location is really cool right downtown you can sit inside or right out front on a nice day and see rupp arena and watch the people. The baristas are great hear so is the coffee. Go hear enjoy a latte sit out side and enjoy. I hope you dont mind emergency vehicle sirens every few minutes.
