Went in for a hair cut. My hair is all one length so should have been pretty easy. I showed her where I wanted it cut to, wanted 3 inches taken off and angled towards my face. When she was done cutting and went to angle I told her to stop because it was way shorter than we discussed. I never blow dry hair so I waited for it to dry naturally. When I got home and measured it, she took NINE inches off!!! It is so short and looks so bad that I was embarrassed to even walk in my own house! My hair is wavy and very thick. Now that all the weight is gone it is a poofy frizzy mess! I have to get up an hour earlier everyday to straighten my hair to try to get it to look normal again! I am seriously considering extensions!

One star is one too many! This place employs hackers. I wanted a simple bang trim and a precision cut, STRAIGHT line along the bottom of my shoulder-length hair. Realized a couple of days later that not only was one side of my hair longer than the other, it also looked as if it had been chopped with a rusty blade. What a complete waste of money! They may be «affordable» but you get what you pay for and quality and affordability rarely go hand-in-hand. Annoyed at myself for being so impatient and not going to a qualified stylist in a reputable salon. NEVERAGAIN! UPDATE: On a positive note: When I returned to express my displeasure, they did offer to give me another cut which I refused so they refunded my money.

Agree with poster Nadine P. The manager is very rude and unhelpful with customers. She has poor social skills and needs to start acting like a professional, or else be fired and replaced.

OK — I am happy to say that I am now a regular. I have been going for 6 – 7 months now and with my every three week schedule that is a pretty decent rotation through all of the nice folks here cutting hair. Everyone is friendly and professional, the cuts have been just what I ask for every time(sometimes longer on top, longer or shorter ‘burns, squared back, etc) and the working areas are kept nice and swept and clean. Other people’s hair lying about seriously skeeves me out so that is especially welcome that they are very professional about this detail. I have to say I really like the added touch of the warm towel to clean up all the little hairs on my neck and face — very nice! I am not itching and wiggling for the rest of the day :-) I don’t know if it is a peculiarity of this location but the«call ahead» to get in line is really, very popular. So do yourself a favor and call them and tell them you are on your way before you hop in the ride — you will be happy you did so! Kudos for getting this location squared away and running well.

I will not go to this place anymore. My first visit was good, so I took my boy there too. He didn’t like it. A few day ago we went there again, both had hair cut. We both hated because the girls were really not capable of doing any good job. BTW, they always charge kid with adult rate. After you pointed it out, they admitted it. What’s the point? Keep the changes and bye!

Worst haircut my boy’s have ever had! Do not take your kids here, you will end up trying to find someone to fix it. I have been to the one in Lexington as well and all I can say is I can do a better job than them. And I have! I just hate cutting hair so took them. I will tell every Marine and Air Force family I know that they shouldn’t ever go to a Supercuts because they hire idot’s!

Frustrating visit to the new Supercuts in Lexington because of pricing. Went early in June and had Casey blow dry my hair for $ 18.95; went back on a Sunday morning, June 26 of the same month, and was charged 35.95 by a different stylist who claimed that Supercuts charged for a blow dry based on length of hair. So, my hair grew $ 17 worth in a month!
