Taco Bell

This Taco Bell had their stuff together today at least. Classy interior, clean, some of my favorite tunes playing overhead clean outside and inside. Nice staff and my food today was better than I’ve ever had at the Hamburg location I normally go to. I would come here more often to get my TB fix if I were closer.

Need to watch your order like a hawk! Just ordered a 12 pack Cinnabon Delights to go. Instead was only given 6 and tried to rush me out the door. This fraud was done by the assistant manager no less !!! It’s a good thing I was watching her the entire time. Just curious to know how many other To go customers were also shorted.

I like Taco Bell a lot. However, this location gets my orders consistently wrong every time I go.
This morning I drove up at 7:20 and I’m the only customer in the drive thru. Looking to take advantage of today’s Free Taco Biscuit I attempted to order the Chicken Biscuit Taco. The staff was apologetic, but apparently Taco Bell had discontinued their fried chicken products just weeks after being introduced (at least in our area). I’m so confused… I saw a commercial for this product yesterday!
Anyways, I still got to order a free Taco Biscuit, I just got sausage, egg and cheese instead and ordered a cheesy sausage burrito with it. I start digging around in the bag on the way to work and I can’t find the burritos. I double check my receipt… Yeah… My order was entered correctly. But I got two taco biscuits, one sausage and one bacon. It was too late to go back, so I kept on my way to work.
Both taco biscuits were tasty, I will say. If you ever order one, be sure to eat it out of the sleeve. That biscuit is so flaky it tends to fall apart very easily. The eggs are scrambled and LOOK LIKE REAL EGGS. Cheese looks real too. They sprinkled it on right before they wrapped it, but by the time I got it opened it was all gooey and melty. The sausage was huge, tucked into the biscuit covering both sides and making a pockets for the cheese and eggs. The bacon basically just gets sprinkled on top. Too undercooked for my tastes… Needs to be crispier.
So yeah, nice products are found here. Just check your bag before you leave and watch out for randomly discontinued items.
I might have to stay loyal to the Nicholasville Rd location…

Went here a couple nights ago and there were like 8 cars in the drive thru so I went inside. Not one single person in line in front of me and I stood there for 10 min while they took care of people that pulled in the drive thru after the cars in front of me where gone! Nobody even came and said anything to me. my wife is pregnant and really wanted some tacos so I was going to stand there as long as it took until I saw the guy who was putting the food together wipe his nose and cough into his gloves and keep making the food… It was disgusting! The guy and girl that came in around 5 min or so after me even saw it and we all walked out at the same time. I drive to richmond road and was in and out within 5 min. Stay away from this nasty place!

Update… Went back to once more at the urging of teen boys. Friendly and quick service. Huge turn-​around.
