Almost certainly the worst ISP in the greater Columbia area; inept from stern to bow. Frequent service outages, needless latency and speed issues, and «customer support’ is a hilarious combination of AWOL and clueless. Do you like being on hold for 30 minutes or more to report your internet outage? If so, sign right up! Did I mention Windstream charges outrageously high prices for the (terrible) service provided? My company dropped them for Level3 as soon as possible and couldn’t be happier. Don’t give these jokers your money; they deserve to fail.

The only thing worse than their service is their customer services. My internet is literally slower than dial up. Seriously, I just took the test on line. I could plug my phone up to my computer and do things faster? WTH? They can never tell me why anything went wrong, just that it has. I asked to speak to a manager and they said, «he’s not in.» When will he be back? «I don’t know.» When will my service be back? «I don’t know.» If you have to pick between Windstream and Time Warner you will live longer by going off grid. HORRIBLE!!!
