This store doesn’t even deserve one star! This is the dirtiest store I’ve ever been in. And the smell is overpowering. We could only stay in the store a few minutes thought we’d get sick. Employees were very rude! Will never go back!!!

I think this store is a RIP-OfF. they don’t scan the right items properly. they always add more items than it should be plus the prices are higher than other asian store around. Piece of advise if you buy something here make sure to check you receipt.

I mean this place is not the best Asian supermarket out there. But it is as good as it gets in Lexington. Their price definitely beats all the other Korean/Asian supermarkets in town. However, they get their shipments in on thursday, so they have everything on Thursday night but things are not unpacked till friday. And friday is like an asian social event going on there. However, by the end of the weekend, majority of the fresh vegetable will be gone. So i always go there on Fridays to get my fresh Asian vegetables! The owner is quiet but quite nice! If we have something in mind that they don’t sell, we always tell him, and he always tried to get it for us. How much more convenient can it get? I would highly suggest them to figure out a way to get rid of that typical Chinese supermarket smell. But i guess it just comes in a package… They don’t accept cards if the purchase is less than 10 dollars.

This place is a love/hate store for me. The first thing that anyone notices when you walk in the door is the terrible odor. It reeks of old fish and bad vegetables. It was so bad my eyes started to water. After getting over it I noticed the selection of Asian foods was quite large. There are hundreds of Asian snacks, staples, and any other items you can imagine for the kitchen. I came for primarily tea, and I loved that they had a huge selection of Asian teas. I bought 18 dollars worth of tea that would have been extremely expensive anywhere else. The part I absolutely hate, as others have noticed, is the horrid customer service. I can’t tell you how uncomfortable it was to have the cashier spitting all over the tea she was proceeding to throw in the bags as if they were hacky sacks. I also had my card thrown on the counter and the pen literally pitched at me while the woman was continuing to spit while talking in another language so a lady behind me that I have no clue originated from. What was worse is I was worried she wouldn’t gve my card back to me before she finally threw it on said counter. I work in customer service too and I can guarantee that my boss would fire me on the spot if I treated people this way. It left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me want to swear off this place if it weren’t for the great variety of tea they have. Also, be sure to check the dates. I found quite a few items that were expired still on the shelf. A health inspector would have a heart attack if they saw this place.
