Called on Monday to ask about passport photos, no answer so I left message on the answering machine. My call was not returned. Called Wednesday to ask about passport photos, same. Called Thursday… Went by Friday at 12:25, office closed for lunch. Went back by on my way to CVS for passport photos at 4:40 to check one more time. They were open, although there was no one at the reception desk. After awkwardly saying hello I was called into someone’s office. A woman apologized that they had never gotten my messages and that they do not do passport photos at that office. Look, if they can’t be bothered to answer the phone and return phone calls when it’s a simple yes/no question about a service touted by AAA as a benefit for my yearly membership, why would I ever trust them to act as an insurance broker or be helpful and responsive if I were in an emergency?
