Chick-fil-A

I’ve come to this restaurant many times in the past. But the last few times it has been very dirty. I don’t know if they’re just short on help or if management has changed.

Been here a few times now and always had excellent service. However today was the day I decided to do a review. Pulled in for a fast order and was greeted at the window with absolute genuine kindness. Granted that’s his job but you could still tell it was genuine. I’m a firm believer that when someone is going that extra mile that should be recognized and that’s why I decided to do the review today. The name on my receipt of the cashier was Joe Hoffman. I’m hoping someone from that branch in management sees this and gives him the proper recognition

This is a great location in busy Liberty. I will drive here instead of the one that’s only a mile away from me because the food quality is much better.
The only «negative» would be how busy this location is! Sometimes it’s very difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking lot due to the high volume of cars, people, children and strollers. You really have to be careful as it’s very busy, especially during peak lunch hours!

The food is good (and fast) and the service is excellent! Each person has clearly been trained to be unfailingly polite and helpful, and to present the best possible attitude… and they succeed! The restaurant itself is clean and well kept (even the play place). Employees circulate through the room periodically, taking trash and asking if we need sauce or anything else — they provide better service than some restaurants who actually have servers! Top notch, all the way around.

Another Chick-​fil-​A location that knows how to be a 5 star chain!
Clean inside — nicely groomed outside — friendly staff — speedy — great tasting food — great pricing and fantastic milkshakes too!
I know that when you travel — you might like to find a great mom and pop place — but sometimes you just want to know everything is going to be in that great category — that’s why there are Chick-fil-A’s — AND if you have to make a pit stop — they always have clean restrooms too!

Always great, just like them all… Occasionally to busy to be comfortable but that Is not their fault, only worth mentioning.

I don’t understand why people don’t «get» Chick-​fil-​a. Take a good look at the chicken in your next chicken sandwich at a regular fast food place, then go directly to a Chick-​fil-​a and take a good look at the chicken in their sandwich. They are very different! Chick-​fil-​a seasons and fries their chicken differently. They have ruined me for any other chicken sandwich which are usually overly breaded, crusty, and dry. Chick-​fil-​a sandwiches are juicy, hot, seasoned and really tasty! I also love their waffle fries! I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet but I would love to keep coming back even if all they had was the Chick-​fil-​a chicken sandwich since that is my favorite.
They are friendly and I like that MUCH better than un-​friendly service. But, my only complaint is that when they are busy and there’s a line of cars at the drive thru and wrapped around the building that they could make an effort to be a little faster. Whenever I wait in a drive-​thru line for 20 minutes in the middle of a hot day in a hot parking lot, I don’t care as much that you’re «having a great day here at Chick-​fil-​a», I just want my food and to get back to work on time!

We recently discovered breakfast at Chick Fil A. They have these chicken minis that are really good! The coffee is just as good as the other places nearby…

I just love this place, I have eaten everything off of the menu at least once from the chicken biscuit and chicken minis in the morning to the original chicken sandwich to the chicken salads during lunch hours.
I would highly recommend the chicken minis, chicken biscuit, or the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, with hash browns and sweet tea for breakfast.
For lunch I would recommend the original or the spicy chicken sandwich, Cobb salad with apple vinaigrette dressing, or the chicken salad sandwich. They all go great with the waffle fries with chickfila sauce if course (I put a little bite of Texas Pete in my chickfila sauce for some heat), or side salad.
Last but not least my go to drink is there sweet tea to wash everything down and for dessert is there cookies n’ cream shake.
Over all everything is great there just wish they would come out with spicy chicken nuggets.

I love chick-​fil-​a! And I work in liberty so I frequent this place pretty regularly simply because it’s hard to go wrong with Chick-​fil-​a. Honestly though while the food is typically really good (though temperature is not always the best, especially around down times it can be just plain cold), the wait time is usually much too long for a fast food restaurant. The service is OK, but nothing to really get excited about. The owner John, is a really friendly and helpful guy who you see around the store a lot of times! But like I said, whether you’re going through the drive-​thru or inside expect to wait much too long, whether they’re busy or not.

This is the closest Chick Fil A to my house, which is very unfortunate because I’m still a good 20 minutes away…
I like to go for breakfast because I CRAVE their chick’n mini’s. Honestly, though, anytime’s a good time for Chick Fil A.
This one is in a good location, right off of I-​35, and every time I’ve been in it’s been well-​staffed, clean, and I’ve had prompt service. I’ve also seen police in there every single time, so I feel safe, too. (They’re eating, not patrolling!)
What I don’t like about this Chick Fil A is the coffee. It always seems too bitter and burned. Other than that, though, it’s definitely delish!

We like to go to this place because the service is great, always polite, happy people… clean, and the food is good.

I had never had Chick-​fil-​A before this year. I had no idea what all the fuss was about. After all, it’s chicken! People dressing up like cows? Get serious! Well, I and my family are now converts. Not cow costume wearing converts, but we love their food nonetheless. Chick-​fil-​A even got my picky 3 year old to eat their nuggets!

My son loves this place! It has a great, clean play area for kids. The service is top-​notch (they bring your food to your table, come around to refill your drinks, ask you if you need anything, corral your kids, whatever you need), and the food is good as far as fast food is concerned. They have several new healthier choices for menu items as well. Tuesdays are family nights with activities and free food for the kiddos.

The location and drive thru at this restaurant is excellent. It’s Chick-​Fil-​A and you know you are going to get chicken.
I stopped by here the other day, on the recommendation of my supervisor, and tried their diet lemonade. Wonderfully refreshing. Not too sweet and not to tart. Just right. I know I will be drinking the diet lemonade (made with Splenda) all summer. I like the fact that I’m not getting all that sugar and still get to drink yummy lemonade. Worth every cent.

Great food. Been eating it for a year and a half and still not tired of it.

Been there 3 or 4 times, so I shouldn’t complain, right? Nice new restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff. Food seems to be cooked up to specs. But, golly, it is a chicken sandwich. A little bigger (not necessarily a good thing) than other fast food joints. It is definitely OK, but I can’t understand the hype about this chain. I really wish them well, but it is simply… fast food, to me.

We went around 7:30 on a Monday night, so they weren’t too crowded but they were very well staffed with some overly friendly servers. They patiently waited for my indecisive family or order, they brought our food out to the table, and they cleaned the messy «kids» table all with a pleasant «My pleasure.» It was like they only hired Stepford teens.
INSIDER TIP: If you have kids, sit by the window on the drive-​thru side. Our children had more fun waving at customers waiting for their orders than playing in the play place.
Clean, fast, and tasty. Reason for a 3 instead of a 4 is due to lack of creating the craving factor. Both my wife and I agreed, we’d never be like «OH, I’m really craving Chick-​fil-​A.»
