IHOP

Stopped in here real early on weekday. Ready for a hot, tasty meal and that’s what I got! Was greeted right away, seated, and drinks promptly. Service was pleasant and accomodating. Food was served fast, fresh and very tasty. My husband and I were very pleased with the entire visit. Will come again when in the area

Our server appeared to be on speed or high on something. Absolutely horrible service. Waited for a very long time for our food. All the adults were served and ate our food while we were still waiting on pancakes for our little kids. Went to tell the manager we needed the pancakes and she got confrontational and did not care about her customers, she got very aggressive and said she had to back up her server. Also, almost every single table in the place had dirty plates, cups, silverware, left over from past customers. Alsmost no place to sit because no one was busing any tables. PLEASE, boycott this IHOP. I can’t believe the owner of this restaurant would allow this to go on.

Against my better judgement I continue to eat here and continue to have bad service. The food is mediocre and bathrooms always dirty. There are always too many servers doing nothing especially when it’s NOT busy. The managers are flakes and I have not seen one stay longer than 3 – 6 months for as long as it’s been open. The worst restaurant in Liberty! I’ve given this restaurants enough chances. Never eating here again!

Very strange service. We were seated at 7 p.m., two ladies behind us were seated at 7:02 p.m. Their drink order was taken at 7:05, ours at 7:15 p.m. Our drinks arrived at 7:18 p.m. Our food arrived at 7:35 p.m. The two ladies who were seated after us finished their meal and left at 7:38 p.m.
Now to the food:
Coffee was VERY good.
We ordered Italian Chicken Pasta Dinner and Pancakes with Gala apple slice in the middle. I asked for NO cinnamon sugar on the pancakes.
Chicken Pasta sauce had a strange bitter taste, some pasta was undercooked, and the chicken was tough.
Pancakes arrived with cinnamon sugar on the thick apple slices. The cakes were overcooked in order to cook the apple, and one cake was burned on one side and doughy on the other. They did put the burned cake on the bottom of the stack so it wouldn’t be noticed right away.
As noted by other reviewers, the restaurant was VERY cold.
When the cashier finished her conversation with four school friends, she asked how the meal was. When we told her about the problems, her only response was, «yes, I’ve heard that a lot this evening.»
Enough said.

The service is good. The food is good. But the rate of speed the kitchen works at is terrible. This is out second time here and it’s the same. They don’t do the tickets in the order they are out into the kitchen. We don’t know if we will return a third time.

Went there for dinner with family. We had a new waiter that was not sure of his job. The manager was not really managing he was cleaning up after the waiters. The cooks were still confused on the orders that the waiters sent in 45 minutes later and we still not get our food. We walked out of the restaurant. Due to this experience we will not be visiting that Ihop again.

Ate there for lunch today (Sunday). Very busy & we had a group of 6 including 3 little ones. 20 minute wait which was appropriate for the crowd. Service was good & food was good. I had the Colorado omelet which for the meat lovers who like I omelets it is my personal favorite. Also could not resist sampling a bite of one of the grandchildren’s not eaten chocolate pancakes. Tasty. The restaurant is what it is but they did a good job and everything was well.

Food was good, but part of our meals were cold. S review as a little slow, but it was very busy.

We go to IHop quite often, it is never perfect, but normally pretty close; this time however it was a mess, to put it nicely. We ordered our drinks, the server brought two coffees, we ordered one, she then had to ask for the drinks again. So we reordered drinks, she got them all right but forgot my water, I eventually asked a bustboy for a water, he brought it but the glass had lipstick on it. We got our food, pancake felt like a brick, we had to ask for jelly for toast, the fruit that was supposed to be on my daughter’s pancake was not there, so we had to ask for that. I could go on and on, but it was a disaster. Very disappointed.

The food is pretty good. My favorite is pancakes, hash Browns, and country fried steak. The coffee is quite good also.
It’s cold in here too.
My biggest problem is the waitresses. None of them are professional, quiet, or courteous. They’re all either obnoxious, incompetent, or just plain make it clear they hate you and their job. They really made me want to leave before I even got my meal.

Took forever to get a server and while she was getting our drinks another server came to get our drink order again. Servers didn’t seem to know which tables were theirs. Also it was so cold in this location we just wanted to leave without our food. My 6 year old with a fleece jacket on was still cold.

Average food at best but great selection. Food was brought out lukewarm.
The main problem we had was with the Server.
My husband ordered the omelet and wanted the toast instead of the pancakes.
Wasn’t two minutes later when he asked the Server to change to toast. The Server told him that it was too late and that he had already turned in the order.
Will never return to this location for sure.

The food and staff are better on the night shift.

Coffee and pancakes and they’re open 24 hours. What’s not to love.
ALERT! They no longer have flavored creamers for your Joe. Bummer!

Clean, friendly staff, good, decent food. I tried their wheat pancake, topped with banana slices, turkey bacon and egg substitute. It was so good, I ordered it again today!

Breakfast at 9:00 am on a Monday, the place is empty. It takes 10 minutes for a server. I order rye toast with eggs. Burnt white toast arrives. Waitress never returns for the «check up». I flag her down and explain the problem. More white toast arrives, this time it is barely toasted. I give up on the toast. People in the kitchen area are yelling at each other. Owner asks how breakfast was, tell him about the toast, he shrugs. Never will I darken their door again, and neither should you.

Well, when I like something, I really like it. IHOP I LIKE A LOT!!!
The Fam wanted a breakfast experience that wasn’t dad’s scrambled eggs with a pop-​tart, to we voted 4 – 0 that we would hit our Liberty IHOP.
What a great decision. Baconator Omelette, massive and overflowing with bacon and cheese. Colorado Omelette, massive and overflowing with every meat you can imagine and cheese. Biscuit and gravey was the only marginal item, it was just good not great. Eggs, sausage, etc. all awesome.
Pancakes, AWESOME… Pecan Praline, Egg-​Nog, Buttermilk, and we get Peanut butter to spread on the plain cakes.
Service was stellar.
Price was not cheap, after tip we spent 50.00, but our 4 bellies were full for the rest of the day.
If you like breakfast food, you will love this IHOP.
