My husband and I have been patrons of this establishment for many years. We have always had wonderful customer service and excellent food. Tonight however was a whole new experience. Let me preface this by saying that Janet and another young man were extremely pleasant, the epitome of good service. They did not have sweet tea or root beer in the customer area or the drive thru. After waiting and asking a couple of times I asked for my money back since I was done with my meal by then. They were very reluctant to do so. The manager, Michael Mijoinic(sp?), very rudely said«I am going to check all the soda right now.» As I was getting my money back he came up and roughly put a soda on the counter. I said I do not want it because I am getting my money back. I then asked where he had been since is employees were struggling to keep up with the traffic coming in and their service was not as good as usual. I further commented it would be nice if he was out helping then. He condescending said«I am sorry your experience was not as it should be.» Long story short it got ugly. While we were in the parking lot he began to take pictures of our car and began writing down what I can only imagine was our license plate numbers. I then took a picture of him. His response was that picture taking was not allowed in the store. I was getting in my car again when he asked did I have a handicapped sticker for my car since I was parked in a handicapped space. Yes, I had one. It went from rude to harassing. Needless to say a call was made to the corporate office. Avoid this establishment if you want to be treated with respect by the manager Michael Mijoinic(sp?).

Never have food u want ready! Never! And if you are black, dont expect them to say thank you or how are you. I sit and watched them tell white ppl that after they didnt even acknowledge me.

Very poorly run restaurant. The last few times we have visited, it’s been pretty gross. The orange chicken is hard, chewy and sometimes discolored looking when you bite into it. This time around I found a huge hair in my rice which was really gross! We watched one of the employees scrap the bottom of the teriyaki pan which was basically slug into a to-go cup for someone… ew. We asked for teriyaki chicken and they were cutting up the last piece for someone which had obviously been sitting there for awhile and they said it would be 8 minutes if we wanted one. If the manager/supervisor was actually doing their job, they would realize as a busy fast food establishment, you are probably going to have someone ask for that popular item, so… letting it run completely down isn’t very smart. Corporate doesn’t want to deal with any situation besides giving out some complementary meals which I really don’t want seeing as their restaurants are gross. I feel like I just got the basic scripted response I get from every major company. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant, however I know plenty of people out of work who are sanitary and would care about that job and do it right if they had it. Im glad I basically threw $ 20 in the trash. –_–

I love Panda… normally. This was the exception. Overcooked veggies. Ugh — just yucky. Sloppy service — glopping the food onto the plate and just in general — not a fan. Avoid. Not finishing my plate and not sad about that. Ew.

I love Panda Express to get my chinese food fix. My faves are the orange chicken, string bean chicken, and the sweet fire chicken or shrimp. I always get the 2 entrée combo specials with steamed rice and veggie/chicken egg rolls. My only gripe here is that they should keep their trays full. I sometimes have to wait a while for entrees to be cooked but hey I guess I can’t complain about hot off the wok yummy food. Also get the mandarin sauce on the side… it is delish.

I admit that I really don’t have the energy or desire to cook after work. So this causes me to probably eat out more than I should. I stop by this Panda probably 2 – 3 times a month. If you have never been to Panda, you can describe it like the Chinese food that you find in Mall Food Courts. I will say that the quality control is a lot better than your typical food court fare. You can sample the entrees here if you desire. I usually go for the rice and one entrée. It cost about 5.99. Never any complaints from here. The food is decent for fast food and you get what you pay for.
