Buffalo Wild Wings

Horrible and I mean horrible service. Couldn’t get them to turn atleast 1 out of their 100 tvs on to the super cross race.

Shitty service came in at noon ordered our food at 12:15 did not get our food until 1250 the place was empty when we came in did they kill the chickens in the back and pluck them first for the wings??? Never got a to go box she put everyone’s bill on my check when I said I wanted separate. The list goes on ow well I will go somewhere els now on.

I do not see the fascination with this particular restaurant, if it was not for the local college, doubt they would have the business they do. I ordered food, received food literally 3 minutes late, great, but when the food is cold (boneless wings) you know there is a problem. I do not know what fryers they use, but I know of none that food cooks that quick in. Overall the place is dirty as well. seem like they have a hard time keeping up with business.
I would suggest going to one in Saint Mary’s. much cleaner, food is even better, servers are more attentive, it is work the extra drive time! It is like night and day when it comes to the taste of the food between the two restaurants. Both are owned by same company, so they must not be able to uniformly apply the same standards between the locations!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Waited for someone to seat us and some dude just pointed to the patio. It took forever for a server to show up. He only checked on us one time. I had to get my own napkins from the server station. And on top of all that, I told the server it was my boyfriends birthday, but he clearly didn’t care. It took us almost an hour to get our check. This location is an embarrassment to buffalo wild wings and should be shut down.

A great manager, and a competent staff. The food here is quality, American dishes. Introducing new sauces every other month. It was one of the first place I visited when moving to lima ohio three years ago, and I still enjoy a Saturday lunch watching football or baseball on the 60+ tvs surrounding the inside. An option of the outdoor patio for cool summer, or fall days.

Ok, this is a great place to watch sports and the wings are good. However, the ghost pepper wings absolutely are delicious. Pepper heads must try… good flavor and good heat.
Only negative is trying to watch a game during karaōke night … need to put them outside lol

Pretty decent B Dubs. We sat at the bar and watched a World Cup game. The bartender had a great personality. She was present but not annoyingly so. Food came out in a decent time and our orders were correct.

Excellent menu choices, service with reasonable prices. Popular among locals. You can run into someone you know anytime you go there. Their specialty is wings, however most of the other menu choices are good also (have not tried all). Good choice for quality and fun meal.

Horrible. Went with my wife after having a great experience at the Findlay location. What a let down. Server was absent, at best. After 10 minutes returned to tell me the beer I ordered is no longer on draft. Frozen burger was raw and wings were cold. Really disappointed. Will never return to this location.
