By far the WORST Panera Bread experience EVER! The people were rude and not very capable… I won’t be going back to this location… I’d rather die of starvation!

Terrible and sloppy. All the chicken on my panini was piled in a small section of the bread, almost no sauce and it wasn’t hardly grilled at all. Never have had this problem at any other one I’ve been to. Please spread the ingredients correctly and take the time to grill a panini properly. I don’t even have proper grill marks.

Not clean just ordered a coffee and the girl put the lid on without gloves. Hand all over it !!!

Have stopped at this Panera heading north out of Dayton twice now — clean dining room, friendly staff, although this time around a woman working behind the counter was not terribly thrilled and it was evident by her reactions to people ordering specialty drinks — if we could tell, so could they… Also, our order came out with bread instead of chips, and the spoon given to my wife had noticeable pieces of food stuck on it — not clean. How they missed this is beyond me as it was very noticeable. Food is consistently good, bathroom was pretty clean, and again, overall the service was friendly but they need to watch the details and the overall attitude and faces they make when people order stuff — if you’re having a bad day, suck it up or ask to go home early. **BEAWARE — it is difficult to get back onto 75 north when you stop here, as the on ramp is directly across the street. You will likely have to turn right and then turn around in a business parking lot down the street to get back on the highway — both time it would have been dangerous to attempt getting back on from Panera directly…
