Subway

I went to the drive thru for the first time the other day. I was ordering breakfast sandwich and the drive thru girl was very rude. Even made smart comments to me. I could not believe it, I was so surprised. I said something to the manager since he cashed me out and he said he would Try to talk to her. Try. Craziest think I’ve ever heard from management. Will never go back!

Overall very nice people, extremely disorganized, management seems to be lacking, or should I say leadership. Not as clean as you would think, needs a little more attention.

This is one of the new Subway resturaunts. The design and décor is nice. they have lounge chairs to relax in and watch tv while you eat. It also has outside seating for those really nice days. Its clean and the staff is friendly. The convience of the drive through allows you to watch your meal be prepared infront of you as if your inside the store. I go to this Subway often because Im usually in a hurry and want a healthy meal to go. It is kind of strange to pull up to a large window and watch them make your food. The only problem I had with my last visit was the sandwich artist cut my sandwich right after cutting a meatball sandwich. so there was marinara on my club. It kinda ruined the first couple bites of the two halves (as seen in my photo of the subway club on flatbread. Ill return as this is the nicest of all Subways in town

I came here after a workout at the nearby YMCA. I got a 6 inch flat bread and it was pretty good. The food was fine, however the sandwich artists were obviously struggling with juggling drive-​through with the walk ins. The management really needs to figure out a better way to juggle the two. My sandwich was getting moved from person to person and I wasn’t able to follow it because there were people in line. Due to the confusion, the sandwich artists lost track of whose sandwich was whose. The staff was VERY friendly, but the management needs to fix some logistical issues.

Subway should NOT have a drive-​thru. I can’t tell you how creepy, how disgustingly indulgent people are when they drive by a giant window and transmit speech to a sandwich artist’s headset while hanging halfway out their car windows to point out the toppings they’d like.
Other than that, this Subway is really nice: flat-​panel TV’s, huge amounts of seating (maybe too much for a sandwich shop), chic interior, free wi-​fi and lots of sandwich artists on hand.
