Went here on December 20th for breakfast. Took over an hour for our food. Waitress never even apologized. Food is not worth the wait, worse service I have ever received.

Updating based on my last visit… Service was slow and I was way overcharged. Why would it be over two dollars to add spinach(not fresh) to an omelette when a regular cheese omelette plate with sides is about six bucks? A side of canned hash for five bucks. What the hell? No one offered to give me more coffee or even see how we were doing until we were done eating. There was a bus boy that seemed completely useless. We even asked him for coffee and he forgot to get it. We watched as he walked to the station, did something else, and then never remembered about us. I also asked for cream and never got it. I had to get up and go ask for cream again. That’s ridiculous. I can not believe I dropped $ 40 after tip(begrudgingly) on this place. Food is «ok» but not going back.

We were in Lincoln for the Polar Express and the next morning we headed to Pam’s for breakfast. The place has good reviews on Unilocal and I get it, the food is delicious, it might be the best Blackstone eggs benedict I’ve ever had! However, the service was way too slow, so slow that whole we went through our whole meal(and that’s after waiting for a while), my sister-in-law was still waiting for her order! She seriously sat there waiting for about 30 minutes! The only reason she didn’t leave is because we were all together, just sitting in two separate booths. Anyway, their food might be excellent but when it takes you half an hour to get it, it spoils the whole experience… we won’t be returning to this place.

We have very mixed feelings about Pam’s. It’s a cute, cozy little spot with a good sized menu and a couple specials. The portions were definitely hearty and i loved my eggs Benny. But… Where the service is indeed friendly, Deb was maybe too chummy. I can almost ignore a server in a small place like this cussing but we had to listen to her go on and on about a regular customer who had told her off earlier and how, if they were on the street, she’d take him out. Really? We’ve never been here before and this is the story we’re greeted with! So, my guy gets an omelet and adds spinach thinking it was fresh baby spinach because that’s what’s in the special on the board. Nope! Frozen spinach. Not worthy of sending it back but disappointing. We might be back though, the food was good overall and Deb is actually funny — just not what I was expecting from this little lady at breakfast. ;-)

Pam’s is my go-to breakfast place! No matter where in RI I am, whenever I think about going out for breakfast, I always consider Pam’s. The food is your standard, diner fare. Eggs anyway you want and all the varieties of breakfast sausage you’re used to: bacon, pork sausage patties, sausage links, and the like. Their specials are very reasonably priced and you get an incredible amount of food for the price. Often, my friend and I will go to Pam’s, both grown male adults, and order two of the special and we will still have a lot on the plate after we’ve finished eating. Beyond the food, Pam’s differentiates itself from the other breakfast places with its incredible service. One of their servers in particular, Deb, is amazing! She greets you with a smile and talks to you like you’re one of her own family members. She is worth the(very low) price of admission to Pam’s Front Street Grill. Something of note for potential patrons: it’s cash only. However, there is an ATM right across the street and also in the general store next door.

This place, like most have already said, is a quaint family friendly diner. Friendly and personable staff. Food is typical diner fashion, not overly mind blowing in specialty or taste with there dishes, however their specials do allow for a fun alternative from their normal menu items. Portions are large and leave you struggling to breath due to cramming the glutinous size of them in your face before it’s time to go. Unfortunately the bad leaves me often times looking elsewhere for a breakfast place. They do not accept cards, only cash. which is a frustratingly antiquated practice, as even my phone can accept credit card swipes. Refills are not free. Often time you spending upwards of 10 dollars for a simple orange juice. Verdict: Breakfast with stipulates, if that’s your thing

Such a quaint breakfast nook with personable service. I love the crispy home fries and the portions are great!!! Get there early on the weekends because the restaurant is small and seats fill up fast!

Great fresh home-cooked meals. Our waitress was very lively and spunky. She was kind, complimented my outfit, and made me laugh. Cute little joint that could definitely use a makeover(hello 1960) but it really didn’t bug me. Some might find it charming. I had the Chicken Gracie — grilled chicken, mushrooms, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on large buns and came with a side of fries for under $ 10. So so so delicious. My bf’s mom had the daily special — Fish & Chips, which also came with a side of fries. It smelled amazing, and she said it was fresh and delicious. I wish I had known of this place sooner!

Everything we had was great! Hubby had the Blackstone Benny… very good. Kids had pancakes(the banana chocolate chip was fantastic!) & I had eggs & hash… yummy! Waitress(?Lisa) was terrific. Will definitely be back. Just remember, cash only!

A sad, depressing neighborhood hole in the wall with some really great food! I’ve eaten here on three occasions for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed my meal every time. In fact, I could probably go here every day and order the special and it would be something I would just love. Corned beef, Fish & Chips, Shepherds Pie, great stuff. The interior is absolutely dreadful. I was talking to the waitress(whose mom owns it) about the place and she says they’re thinking about moving to a nicer space because the landlord won’t fix anything. I hope they can work that out and I hope the business succeeds. Great neighborhood diner. If I’m in the Blackstone Valley area I’ll definitely be back again!

I bring my family here often. Reliably good food and friendly waitstaff. My favorite is the bacon and cheese stuffed french toast, which is a special but they’ve told me I can order anytime. My wife loves the home fries better than any of the other local haunts. Pretty quick service and no pressure to get in and get out. Perfect for a delicious, quick and friendly breakfast.

We’ve driven by this place so many times before without noticing. You really have to look at every single sign on the plaza to find it. It’s a small, cozy place that serves typical diner food. Nothing fancy. I tried their pancakes which were actually good! Our waitress was very friendly. Very convenient location since it’s just across the church that we go to.

My absolute favorite local breakfast spot. The place is small, so don’t be surprised if there’s a wait on the weekend, but the tables turn quickly and the food is worth it. Typical small, dinery atmosphere with super friendly waitstaff and a convenient location. I almost always order the Eggs Blackstone — eggs benedict with tomato, bacon, and cheese. My husband loves the pancakes and big breakfasts.

Cute diner. Located inside a plaza, this place doesn’t stick out at all. You can tell there are a lot of regulars who come here. Typical diner food and prices. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. Sadly, they only take cash. but luckily this plaza is surrounded by banks! One thing I didn’t like is the lack of standing room if you are waiting for a table. You inadvertently are standing over people as they eat.

Pam’s has been my local go-to breakfast joint ever since they expanded their hours(now open until 2pm on most days). Growing up nearby, I feel a bit nostalgic toward Pam’s and I enjoy stopping in and always seeing familiar faces. The servers and alike are very friendly and chatty, they make you feel right at home. I love the pancakes here. In my opinion, best ones around. The rest of the food is good, I have never had a bad meal, but it is the typical diner fare you would expect. They also offer unique and yummy weekly specials and serve the best coffee. I’m pretty sure they get their coffee locally from Mill’s coffee. It has a nice smooth flavor, is strong, and always fresh. The large mugs they serve their coffee in are another plus. As much is it pains me to give some negative critique toward the restaurant, it still has its faults. The interior is old and dated. I recall a sunken in ceiling tile that looked as though it would collapse on a customer at any moment; it has since been fixed but was like this for quite some time. The carpeting is old and stained as well. In fact, the whole place is very dated and the bathroom is the worst part. Although, I do believe some outdated features can be part of a diner’s charm, Pam’s could certainly benefit from some slight repairs. This diner is also not as cheap as others in the area. Their prices are actually on the high side for most of what they offer, however, I usually don’t mind paying a little more since the waitresses are great and the portions are large. In a previous review, the condition of the ketchup bottles was mentioned and although it is only a minor detail it is something I have noticed as well, the bottles are filthy! I’m sure they keep the bottles and refill the ketchup with a cheaper brand. To me, ketchup is ketchup but at least clean the bottles! They have also run out of jam on a few occasions or only had one flavor left to choose from. Despite the few drawbacks, I really like Pam’s. I enjoy supporting local business and could never hate on a yummy weekend brunch!

This diner is a great little place. I’m glad my friend Kailyn suggested it for breakfast. Upon entering we were greated by the lovely waitress Deb. She is a delight! Immediately she struck up a conversation with us, && not just the typical«Hello, how are you?» kind either. She seemed genuinely interested in chatting with us. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order because everything on the menu sounded good. Deb then pointed out the specials menu on the wall. Being a meat lover I chose the Piglet Omelet. While waiting for our food(which took no time at all) Deb continued to talk to us && everyone else there. The food arrived and I was immediately suprised by the size of my meal. I was barely into my first bite when I fell in love with the place. Not only is the atmosphere inviting, the food is delicious. It took some will power to stop myself even when I was full. I will be enjoying the rest of my omelet for breakfast tomorrow. I also have to add that on this particular day the sign on the door said they would be closing at noon due to the Monday holiday. We arrived around 11am but as we left(about 11:45) Deb was still welcoming the new customers in like they had hours to kill. Being in retail I know how frustrating it can be when people come in so close to closing time. They were more than happy to accommodate. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better start to our morning. I will for sure be back to visit && will be spreading the word to my friends/family about this gem.

Very nice waitstaff… food…not so nice… and rather expensive. For 2 eggs with cheese, homefries, toast, and corned beef hash and a diet coke, $ 10.69. Hard to believe that they do not have a breakfast on the menu that includes Hash. And NOT homemade hash at that. Greasy, yes… I was charged a la carte for the hash, a la carte for the toast, and the eggs, cheese and homefries came as a seperate charge… doesn’t make any sense at all if you ask me. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the homefries, but I could not use ketchup because I just could not get past how old the ketchup bottle was as the Heinz sticker was all brown and dirty… they obviously do not use fresh new bottles, when the bottles run out. HUGETURNOFF. The scrambled eggs were not fluffy… just kind of moved around the grill to look like an omelet that got demolished… I did not ask for jelly, but there was a gentleman that asked for jelly, and the waitress gave him 1. Not a selection, or a couple for both pieces of toast… just 1. I will not be back.
