Was a little disappointed with our stop in at Pizzeria Romana, the service was quick(hence why we stopped in versus going into trattoria next door). We both ordered the wedge salads, simple enough… I mean it’s a wedge salad… I asked for chicken on mine, and no tomatoes. Sure enough, about 2 minutes after ordering, the salads came right over… tomatoes on both, no chicken on mine. We were the only ones there, midday, and it wasn’t like we ordered complicated dishes. But, I went up to the counter, and they fixed my dish. I sit back down, and my girlfriend notes that we’ve yet to received silverware of any sort. So I get back up and go over to the buser’s station and grab two sets of utensils. I’m not asking for fine dining service people, but c’mon now Pizzeria, you’ve got Trattoria 50ft away, show that you uphold at least a similar appreciation of patronage.

The most authentic pizza around. Quality far exceeds your typical run of the mill pizza shop. Wings are done well also. Highly recommend the Quattro Formaggi Pizza with chicken and red pepper flakes.

Probably my favorite pizza for takeout in the area. The pizza has a thin crust that doesn’t make you feel like you’re overindulging. I’ve had the margherita and bbq chicken pizzas, both are delicious. The wings are also really good! The only negative is that the parking lot always seems to be packed, so it can be a pain to run in to pick up.

The pizza is really good here. Tonight we had the Quattro formaggi pizza which is a white pizza with mozzarella, provolone, ricotta & fontina. It’s very reasonably priced at 13.95 for a large. The crust is perfect. It’s thin and has such a good flavor. We’ve also created our own in the past and made a goat cheese & caramelized onion pizza. It was delicious! The sangria is also really good. I’ve had the red($ 10) and the harvest($ 11), but it’s pricey to have a couple of Sangrias here since they are almost the price of a large pizza, which is a bummer.

This is my third installment review of the«Trattoria trio». In my previous reviews, I mention how I was unimpressed with the expensive sit down, enjoyed the Express location just for takeout, and was pleasantly surprised by the pizza that I ordered from here. I had the Margherita pizza which was very tasty. This is one of those pizzas that tastes«healthier». The crust is on the thinner side and has a bit of crunch to it. It was about too crunchy for my liking the next day when I heated up leftovers. The sauce was tasty and you can tell that they do in fact use San Marzano tomatoes. There was a good amount of basil thinly sliced and the cheese wasn’t too overwhelming. I would definitely order pizza from here again.

Great brick oven style pizza. The place is small as there’s only a handful of tables so expect a back up. Also, expect a wait for take out(yeah it’s good pizza). Parking is tough too as there’s plenty of traffic rolling into their other 2 Trattoria restaurants in the plaza as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Was so good yesterday we had to go back today for more! Hot, fresh, quick, friendly & authentic = delicious food with very nice dining experience. It was busy but everything still came out steaming hot and no wait. I had meatball parmesan. A platter of meatballs — yes please! They were delectable — soft and buttery. 6 in an order with just enough sauce and cheese. Was full by the 5th!(But still ate the 6th!) My guest got the meatball parmesan sandwhich which comes with bag of cape cod potato chips. Sandwiches are always toasted to perfection, crispy around the edges while soft inside & does not fall apart!

I’ve been here several times for pizza and their sausage and pepper sandwich. I had a craving for meatballs. They have the best meatball sandwich I had since I was a kid. The bread was toasted perfectly. The meatballs were moist and not over-priced.

I travel to Lincoln RI frequently and absolutely enjoy the dinner options available from Pizzeria Romana! The calzone, meatballs, chicken Parmesan sandwich are always amazing! Service us great and the atmosphere is very comfortable and never rushed! Can’t wait to come back!

This is by far and away the best pizza in the immediate area. The sauce is excellent, the toppings are high quality, and the crust is delicious. They also make their pizza fast so I usually call and jump right in my car and it is ready right when I get there. The only downside is that they don’t deliver but the quality of the food is well worth the ride. Try the Quattro Stagione and add some fresh basil. Delicious!

I really like that you can order a customized personal pizza. I got a personal pizza with 2 toppings and a drink for 10 $. What’s not to like? The pizza was delicious and more than enough for lunch. I was quite full for the rest of the day. It is quite casual, you order at the counter and they bring your order to you. I also bussed my own table before leaving.

Should Be Better The craze of Mr Canova’s restaurants and smaller eating establishments is taking over in southern New England. His restaurants and eateries are held to a higher standard and this pizza place just doesn’t meet them. This pizza place has a weird setup, you order at the counter and they bring you the good. So trying to have a drink with your meal feels strange. Tip: Get Take Out As for the pizza it’s not bad but it is nothing to run home about either. This review should get 3 stars but the strange atmosphere to eat inside and the average pizza makes it a 2. Try it out and be honest with yourself, it should be better. Thanks

This place has really gone downhill… ordered a quatro formaggi pizza and salad to go… came to get it 25 mins later they said it wasnt done. theres about 6 people behind the counter working. In the meantime, a man came in to pick up and they told him he had only ordered his food 2 mins ago, so they had just put it in the oven… Obviously this was nonsense as he had the call record on his phone of ordering it 20 mins before… the man flipped out and left because the cashier kid kept insisting he only called 2 mins ago. The same cashier kid takes a bunch of orders and payments, then uses his bare hands to put fruit in sangria someone just ordered. awesome… ughhh 10 mins goes by I finally ask for the food again… its been sitting there in a box the whole time… GREAT. pizza was barely warm and tasted old, came with feta instead of goat as it was supposed to. salad was just ok. Wont be returning given the awful service, staff… and lets not forget the rediculous prices!!!

I am a Pizzeria Romana fan, and will admit to random cravings that force me to drive out of my way to Lincoln for their delicious wings and pizza. Yes folks, Pizzeria Romana has some pretty awesome real bone-in-chicken wings. I like the teriyaki. Their pizza is delicious… if you like this kind of pizza. I know you KWIM. Some of you like thick crust, or thin crust, deep dish, folded! This pizza is best with not too many heavy toppings as it does have a very thin delicate crust. I usually order one of the suggestions from the menu instead of going with something I would typically order from my pizza guy down the road, cuz this ain’t no typical pizza! :) If thin pizza isn’t your thing, try a calzone. They are also delicious and are always cooked to perfection! Tip: They have cannolis too — made by the same pastry chef that works next door.

Overall very good. No problems this time. All nice. Your new employee Mary is a gem and she brings a new high energy and a wonderful smile to the place. The pizza Bianca was amazing at such a low price too. Salads are good. Wings are amazing.

I come here on occasion and I think that it is quite a gem. The place is kind of typical small-town pizzeria in their offerings and«Italian» themed décor, but that doesn’t mean that it’s bad, by any means. The food here has always been good, as well as the service. I usually build my own pizza, and get fries, sometimes an app, and their always good. The pizza stands out because it’s the only thing not typical. It’s as good as anything you can get on Federal Hill. And I like the fact that they offer wine and carry San Pellegrino soda, which is a nice little bonus you don’t see everywhere else that puts them up a notch from other places. I usually come later on in the evening, so crowds have never been a problem, and it’s a nice, cozy place to sit and have a bite to eat for a little while without feeling rushed, even before closing. I haven’t had a chance to eat outside yet, but I have been here a few years ago when it was a different pizza place and have eaten outside on the patio, and I know it’s really nice. All in all, it’s a great little place for the area, and if you’re there at the right time of day, you can walk to their deli/bakery next door and grab some dessert afterwards!

Caramelized onion, goat cheese and meat ball. It has it going on. The place is a little small on the inside so not good for larger parties, but a table for four can be easily managed. it does not look as thought it is designed to have you stay a while though. The drinks are all bottle or can, so no refills. Which for the most part in my mind means get it and go. That being said, they have a great selection of specialty pizzas and you can always build your own. The pizzas are brick oven style and have a nice little char. It is able to support the toppings without wilting or becoming soggy. All in all a very solid showing.

I’m rating this place a 4. Some may not, but I? Yes(for now). Why? Because I dream about their goat cheese and carmelized onion pizza at least once a week. I’m a massive fan of goat cheese and have been unable to find another pizza place in the area that offers it as a pizza topping option. With that said, I LOVE that pizza and it deserves an extra star and a half alone. The downside is that it’s very cramped inside. If you’re lucky and it’s warm enough outside, you can grab a spot outside under one of their snazzy colorful tent-covered tables but you’re almost better off ordering take out. Since the pizzas are all all made in that amazing brick oven, it can often take quite a while to get the pizza, I typically order prior to getting there, so it’s half pickup/half dine-in. Having a 5 year old daughter doesn’t give me the luxury of sitting down and relaxing, so the food better be near ready when I get there. Another draw is that despite seemingly like your average pizza shop, I love the décor AND their wine offering! A pizza shop that offers wine? SOLD. Again, I haven’t tried too many things on the menu but from what I have tried, I enjoy and have had mostly good experiences there. This could easily teter into a 3 star review though, so stay tuned.
