This place easily gets 5 stars. Bacon egg and cheese is awesome. Every sandwich I’ve had is delicious. Salads are home made. Cuban sandwich was one of the best I had. Premium products. I love it. Prices are the best part. Sandwiches are far from skimpy. Love it here!

After reading several positive reviews here, I was very excited to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The deli looks as though it is about to close. The beverage case was almost empty, and the deli meats looked sad. I wasn’t deterred, and ordered a chicken sandwich listed on the specials board. I paid and left to go eat in my car as there is no seating inside. The chicken was rubbery and tasted like it was old and reheated in a microwave. The bread was decent, and perhaps the only good thing about the sandwich. I know a lot of the other reviews mentioned breakfast, so perhaps I was here for the wrong meal, but my experience at Park Ave definitely did not leave me wanting to come back.

They have great subs! The best in nearby area. They don’t have a huge selection of stuff but the Carry the essentials. Not too crazy about the coffee.

Always go there for the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. My review is based on it, it always hits the spot. Their coffee is decent too.

In an area that lacks good deli’s I am so satisfied that Park Ave Deli exists. I got a Roast Beef. The half size was more than plenty. It had the perfect amount of American cheese and I said light oil and vinegar and they hit the nail on the head. My roll was good too. Nice semoilina bread always makes a good sangie. My hub went for a bacon, egg, and cheese. They gave him 2 eggs and the their was a nice amount of crispy bacon on it. He also enjoyed his sandwich. They have these kettle chips that I havent seen before and they were slammin. Also I ran back in to sample the packaged soft baked cookies. Brownie, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. Park Ave locked it down this afternoon!

My first time here, I felt right at home. And when they told me how much my sub cost, I felt like I was practically stealing it. Over the previous 3 days, I had visited 3 different sub shops and ordered the same thing. Shops I had been to before. This place did it the best. And for less. And with a smile.

Pretty good little deli a close drive from work. They have a couple daily specials. The guy behind the counter is friendly and accommodating. They’ve a variety of pasta, tuna salads etc, a good sized sandwich menu, some heartier items like meatloaf and chicken breast and usually a couple soups during the chillier months. My boss and I have been here a couple times for lunch and the food is decent, but not knock-you-down-eat-until-food-you’re-in-a-food-coma kind of great. My boss likes the meatloaf sandwich. The tuna salad is actually very good. I’ve only had a few things, but my favorite was the«Ragin’ Cajun Sandwich» which was chicken breast, pepper jack cheese and hot peppers. The one time I had soup– clam chowder– it was a little thin for my liking. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but there are better options around. The atmosphere feels like a small town deli. All the food is to-go as there is no seating. The drink selection in the coolers feels a little lacking, although I do understand this isn’t a convenience store! One more silly thing that kind of grinds my gears is the hot items like meat loaf are served with«mashed potatoes and veggies» on the side, except that the only available veggie when I have been there is corn, which is a grain! I may just be weird but there is something a little unappetizing about eating a side of starch(corn) with my starch(potatoes)!

A nice little deli that I’ve been to twice in three days. I got«The Big Lou» sandwich which has roast pork, banana peppers, and swiss cheese. It’s a homerun. I noticed they have pierogi specials on some days but I’m not sure if they’re home made… if they are they’re earning another star from me. It’s been a clutch little spot to get a sandwich during my lunch break.
