Worst place ever. Got coffee, french fries and chicken nugget few minutes back(12:30 am). It took around 20 minutes in drive through and the worst part is we had to throw away everything. My kids are sitting hungry bcoz their mother trusted WENDY’S .Everything was cold, stale nd we felt like instead of throwing it in the garbage they gave us snd took $ 8 from us. No doubt THEWORSTFAST-FOODPLACE. Can someone tell me how can I give them negative stars? :/

The customer service sucks. I have been here 3 times now and every time the service is slow and the attitudes of the employees taking your order sucks. All three times I dined in the ketchup pumps were empty and when I asked for ketchup packets they were out. I don’t usually bitch and complain but this is a sorry-ass excuse for a Wendy’s. From what I’ve read I’m not the only one that has had this experience.

Staff could use some customer service training and possibly a raise. Staff is almost always surly and often times just weird. When the staff has that bad of an attitude I get nervous about how much care or lack thereof is taken when preparing the food. I was also disappointed when after seeing TV commercials and an ad online for a $ 4.00 meal deal that this location was not participating in the promotion. The Burger King down the street at the Exxon or the Hot Dog cart that sets up during weekday lunchtimes are better bets.

So we were a bit hungry after gambling our money away and this was also close to our hotel. We went through the drive through which was quite slow. The food came out ok, but you could certainly tell the crew working there were quite apathetic about their jobs, and it showed in their slow responsiveness to customers. Not that I have huge expectations at fast food chains.

I received great drive through service. Food was fresh and timely. The $ 5 two spicy chicken go wrap combo is quite the bargain also.

I was bit hesitant to come here due to the many bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. I stopped by here twice for lunch during the week I was in town. Both times there was a line wrapping around the building for the drive-through but regardless it moved pretty fast. Yeah the employees didn’t seem too enthused to be there but both days they were quick, got my order right, and the food was good. Really can’t complain.

Just had the worst chicken nuggets of my life… AFTER a rude ordering encounter and then a ridiculous 10 minute wait. Unbelievable. DONOTEATHERE. I was starving(hadn’t eaten in 7 hours) and still would’ve rather waited.

Rating and reviewing fast food joints can be tricky. Fast food joints, in general, tend to get low ratings because the service at fast food restaurants is the least consistent of any type of eating establishment. And people tend to get more furious with poor fast food service than they would at other places. They’ve eaten at XXX100 times before with no issues, so when an issue comes up, it really sticks into their craw. So much so, that they will open a Unilocal account and write their first and only review to tell everyone how terrible the service was and how they won’t ever come back. When fast food works like it should, it is by nature uneventful. It’s fast, cheap, warm, and comforting.(And, occasionally, delicious.) And it almost never gets reviewed. My trip to this Wendy’s was uneventful, even though it had the makings of a potential fast food disaster. I pulled up to their drive through window at about 12:50AM — just 10 minutes before close. I did note a hint of attitude when I spoke to the cashier when ordering — I chalked that up to it being very late, and also to the area itself. When I pulled up, I didn’t notice as much attitude, and the cashier was as polite to me as I was to her. My two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were quickly ready, and they were tasty. I’m not an unreasonable consumer … I understand that if I am rolling up to an establish so close to closing time, I’m taking a calculated risk. This Wendy’s served me at 12:50AM just like it was 12:50PM, and the product was just like it usually is from Wendy’s. To me, that’s enough for me to throw them some 4-star love.

Although the food is your typical fast food quality(occasions of awesomeness and other occasions of dry chicken, fries that have odiously been under the heat lamp for hours, etc), it’s the actual works that suck! I don’t think I ever gone through the drive-thru without one of the employees being either a rude smart-ass, or they just plain act like an asshole not wanting to serve anyone! Every time I order any sandwich, no matter which one, I always say, «no onions,» because they make me barf! Well, the last time I went through the drive-thru(around 8pm), I asked for two different sandwiches without onions. Each time I said it, the guy smart-assly says that they don’t come on it and lists the ingredients that do… seriously in a rude manner… like he was annoyed that I even mentioned onions. Anyway, when I pulled up to the window, even though it was closed, I looked in and could clearly see and hear the douche bag making fun of me to the other employees about my not wanting onions. When he opened the window for my money, I just smiled and said that I always say, «no onions,» because if I don’t, they usually appear on my sandwich! He just gave me a look and quickly handed me my food(which had been under a heat lamp for a while)!! Seriously?!

Stars for speed, minus for service.(DT) Speaker: Hi Me: Hey You want a combo? Sure. Can I get a jr. Hamburger? With cheese? No. Just a burger. Small, medium, or large. Small. Just the burger, okay $ 1.58. Pull up. Uhh… I got a combo. –crickets– So I paid extra for fries. Then where I pick up, the lady is furious I didn’t order fries with her and doesn’t believe me that I paid. Throws bags at me as she says, «You just got a burger.» I’m loud. I know you heard me. You messed up. Food was okay. Loaded with ketchup and mustard. Probably because of all these complaints. Just take my order and hand me shit without an attitude and rolling your eyes.

I just arrived at the Residence Inn around the corner, and after an almost 7-hour drive, the thought of getting back in the car was just not the thing I wanted to do, so I figured I would just walk around the corner and see what I could find to eat on Easter Sunday. Ha. It came down to Wendy’s or the 7 – 11(should have gone with the Chips and Twinkies next door). I can’t believe a salad is $ 7.00; seriously, for $ 7 I would rather just go to Applebee’s or something and feel like I am getting nicer service and get a salad. The salad wasn’t that great, but the best part was the snarly Manager, Lisa. I’m glad I looked at her nametag as well since she rang the order up under someone else’s name, and I would hate to have called out some other girl/woman(seriously, Lisa, why not ring up under your own name?). When she was handing me my change back, she put it back in my hand and said«here ya go». Here’s your Unilocal review Lisa. «Here ya go».

Yeah I should have read reviews before I ate here. The sandwich was dry had a baby size spoon full of sauce on it, the lettuce was soggy and the fries was over salted like they poured a bucket of salt on them. Never again I would become Hannibal Lecture before I eat there again.

Ants in my food, and a wasp’s nest on the speaker by the drive-thru menu(I complained about both; the manager didn’t seem to care). Have fun with the lawsuit on your hands when someone who’s allergic to bees gets stung by one from the nest you refused to have removed! Do I really need to say anything else?

Not the best in the world, certainly not the worst. Passable. Fries were an art installation of mans inhumanity to man, methinks and the Frosty was not. Frosty. More like a thick ice cold chocolate milk which I did not mind. Until the harsh realization that I was not consuming Dairy slapped me across the face. What fresh hell indeed had the culinary gods wrath-ed upon me. I had survived Ronald McDonald, a creepy Jack In The box and that weird dog spokesman of Taco Bell… But I lost my battle to a Red Headed soul-less harlot that day, Wendy, had bested me. Dave Thomas must be rolling in his supersized grave. Ohhhh I forgot the darn Chili.

C’mon people, it’s a Wendy’s — how can you rate it so low? Does this mean McD’s is one star(ok, maybe it is)? It’s one of the staple fast food places, and their burgers are solid in that category(ie — the category you should be rating it in). And Frosty’s!

Got my normal order, it was good. The service was great, friendly and direct. The food was good, hot and correct. cant complain, I know most of the restaurants around that area are going down hill, this was a pleasant experience.

Ants. Little ants crawling around. Two incidents: 1. Ants on the french fries. 2. Ants in a cup of root beer. Ants are friends, not food.

Management was talked down to by the help, and nobody working the front could communicate with the people on the back, because they only spoke Spanish. Food was cold and very flavorless.

Like most Wendy’s, the employees hate what they do and it shows. The food was decent and there wasn’t any lines or crowds, though we did go on a Sunday afternoon. Atleast, unlike the Aberdeen Wendy’s, they didn’t have me wait 10 minutes because I ordered a hamburger. The parking lot was under construction when we went, though it could be finished by now. Just go slow.
