Do NOT come here. This is my first one-star review, and I believe this location deserves it. I came here after landing at BWI airport because I was starving and it was the closest franchise. I had previously assumed that the quality of McDonald’s was consistent throughout the US, but this experience has dispelled that illusion. I ordered a black coffee and two egg McMuffins. What I received ten seconds later(yes, that quick) was a lukewarm coffee with milk and sugar, two SAUSAGE McMuffins, and an oatmeal. Why the oatmeal? I have no clue whatsoever. I checked my bill to make sure there wasn’t any miscommunication, but everything was printed correctly and the cashier had even read the order back to me. I just don’t understand. My theory: they have terrible service because they can afford to do so. I’ve seen negative reviews on Unilocal about this place, but thought«it’s a McDonald’s, it can’t be that bad.» Note to self, always trust Unilocal.Normally, if a venue has such poor food and service, they close up shop when the customers stop coming. But located this close to the airport, they’ll ALWAYS have an influx of unsuspecting customers and have poor souls like myself buy the food and realize they’ve been fooled once they get home. Bottom line: PLEASE don’t come here, unless the highlight of your day is telling the cashier«surprise me» and getting cold food they need to sell.

Ordered a filet-o-fish meal and took it back to the hotel for a late dinner. The sandwich had everything BUTTHEFISH in it!!! My guess is that they didn’t have any ready and just tried to get me out of the drive thru as fast as possible. This is my second time using this location, they’re zero for two. Fillet-no-fish is a crappy dinner!!!

I typically steer clear of here due to poor attitudes and the affects on my digestive system. Today was a pleasant experience for breakfast. I got a steak, egg and cheese bagel, orange juice with a parfait. The young lady helping me was very accommodating since I don’t care for their hash browns. I made it a point to let her know that her kind gesture was appreciated.

Terrible. Terrible. Ghetto. Ghetto. Terrible. Ghetto. I don’t know what else needs to really be said. Just avoid this place like the plague. No matter how late it is or how Hungary you are. Just don’t come here. Believe me. It’s not worth it. They’re not even wearing McDonald’s shirts.

if you can avoid this particular McDonald’s location, I would. Although very convenient, the service is very poor and there are not many tables inside. They have gotten my order wrong several times. I believe this location is primarily geared for drive thru(such as people that just need to get something to eat before heading to the airport). Unfortunately, this is the only place directly on my way to work, so I will stop by if I really need a bite. If you have time, go to the one at Arundel Mills or stop at the Quiznos nearby.

Night time staff is rude and have poor attitudes. Gave me half of my two item order and shut the drive through door. I waited a few more moments until a different employee saw me, no apology.

Coffee with egg & cheese biscuit and we’re out. Got a meeting to get to. An all day meeting. This biscuit will get me through to lunch. Close to the airport and hotels, they do good business, especially in the morning. Primarily the drive-thru. The coffee is hot and strong and that’s what counts. Today’s trivia: The oldest structure to house a McDonald’s restaurant is located in Shrewsbury, England. One of the restaurant’s exterior walls dates back to the thirteenth century and served as part of Shrewsbury’s medieval town wall.

I had to-go order for my group and it was alright. It took little longer than usual but still orders were ok. So I guess the breakfast muenu is ok.

I have attempted twice now. 1st time the food was chewy and hard as if made at 8 A. M… I arrived at 10 P.M. And the Service was terrible! Rude impatient people! This last time I refused to even place an order due to the young lady on the speaker, absolutely dismissive and impatient, I was literally only there for a second before she asked me 4 times if my order was done. Avoid this place! I know its Mcdonalds and all but C’mon

Workers don’t listen at all. Got a coffee with cream and Splenda for dine-in. Got black coffee and a bag to go. Food was very stale and room temp at best. Mind you, this was 7AM and breakfast food was hours old.

They got my order correct and fries were hot so that’s a plus!

Worst experience ever at a Fast Food joint! I just wanted a shake. Terrible customer service. I think Satan would be more friendlier than the person behind the counter. Granted it is a McDonalds, but at least try a little. The shake was half-full and not mixed well. Absolutely awful experience… the Franchise Owner should really take a good look at this business and fire and get new staff. STAYAWAY.

It’s a McDonald’s so I shouldn’t expect much but we stopped here on the way from BWI to WV and had a particularly bad experience. First, ordering from the drive through was slow. After that she told us to go to the first window but it was actually the second. She then gives us 2 black coffees… except she put sugar in both coffees. When asked if she added sugar to our black coffees she said yes and seemed confused as to why we didn’t want that. After explaining to her it seemed as if we had majorly inconvenienced her and she fixed her mistake with an attitude. It’s a McDonalds so it’s not a big deal but I wouldn’t stop by this location again.
