I grew up in Litchfield, and every now and then I like to drive through and reminisce. Based on decent Unilocal reviews and the yummy looking pics, we decided to give this place a try and I’m glad we did. The pizza was very tasty, and we would definitely get again. The sub was not memorable, and could use more attention or creativity in the making/ingredients. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. They have a good selection of kids meals with cute names relating to outer space, and the meals come with a lollipop too. Just an average dining area with a handful of tables, but we didn’t expect any different. I would like to try their specialty pizzas next time.

Great food, awesome staff and good prices. What else can you ask for. Pizzas and dinner selections are awesome. Great soups in the winter months and fresh local produce when in season. They never disappointed.

I live in Manchester, but work in Litchfield so I was turned onto Haley’s by coworkers. Haley’s has good pizza and subs. What makes this place stand out is their own homemade pita pockets. They are to die for!!! I usually get a couple extra pita pockets to take home and throw them in the freezer so I can enjoy them while at home. You can get them fresh baked for $ 0.50 each. You can order online and they run a Foursquare special for the current mayor. Plus, every 100th order is free. Now that is good people! Love it! Pizza is good, but the staff is great! They let me use a coupon for a large cheese and then add sausage and priced it right! Ordered delivery on a Friday night, got my food within 30 minutes, and received a follow-up courtesy call within 2 hours. Give them a try!

Haley’s Pizzeria(formerly Willy’s Pizza) named after the owner’s daughter, opened up in the former in Litchfield. The place inside is very cozy with an order counter and a few tables for eating in. The wall in the dining area has plenty of magic marker artwork done by kids showing their appreciation of Haley’s. The menu offerings include pizza, calzones, subs, salads, pasta, appetizers, and Coke products. See the menu at The pizzas come in 12″ and 16″ and individual slices are sold from an 18″ pie. Specials are offered including«beat the clock» Tuesdays(4PM to 8PM), $ 4.99 Cold Subs(2 – 4, 8 – 9) and every 100th customer’s order is free. I stopped in here on a cold and quiet weeknight and ordered a hot 12″ Eggplant Pizza($ 7.89). The service was pleasant and prompt. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes after ordering. The pizza tasted pretty good, though the edge crust and cuts were uneven, different size slices. The crust was not too thick, very firm and chewy texture, topped with the right amount of cheese, sauce, and good sized browned/breaded eggplant slices. Enjoyed the pizza for two nights of dinner. 3.4 stars for now and update to follow. FACEBOOK:
