I have always been a big fan of Firehouse and have eaten in dozens of their establishments over the years. The food has always been consistently good at all those locations barring one; this one! I ordered the pork and slaw sand which is normally heaven on a bun. What I got was a frugal amount of tired pork literally swimming in a sea of over sweetened slaw! But here is the coup de grâce; I asked the server if they could cut this hot mess of a sand in half. He took my entrée back to the kitchen and I assume the sandwich makers refused so he walked over to the plastic knives and told me politely to go ahead and cut it myself.
Of course the plastic knife barely cut thru the bread.
This place needs to get their customer service and food act together before I’ll ever set foot in here.

As soon as you walk in you feel at home. The staff are 5 stars professionals. The food is yummy and extremely delicious. I love coming here!

Love coming to Firehouse. Great subs. Warm friendly atmosphere. Bright attractive lighting and table design. Love being able to be creative with my drink selection. The only thing that I would improve is the ability to be able to order from the drive thru window. Even if they had to text you when it was ready.

Very good service and always make my subs promptly! My favorite is the brisket with fresh onions added. Great flavor if you put some heat on it from the great selection of hot sauce they have available. They also have one of those soda machines where you can make thousands of flavor combinations. As a plus it’s attached to Dunkin Donuts so you can get a coffee right after lunch!

Been here a few times in the past and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is courteous and helpful. Service is fast and the food quality is great. The floors and surrounding areas are always clean as well. If you’re looking for a good sandwich place, I recommend this location. 4 out of 5
