Have had oil changed numerous times… Last straw was latest pickup with all tires low. Indicator light was on and no note or comment at pickup… Last time I checked it is a TIRE STORE! Previously had to return car with loose oil plug. Have to say I’m done.

Stay far, far, away. Replaced tires, brakes & picked up life-​time alignment package from this shop after determining that brakes and tires needed to be replaced at 86K miles. BIG Mistake! I did not select cheap tires for my 2011 Honda Pilot (Yokohama 80K miles). Within 3 months, I had uneven wear on my BRAND NEW tires and warping of the cheap rotors they installed on my truck. Since that time, they have replaced the rotors SEVEN times. I would take it to Honda to verify each time what was wrong and Tire Choice would come back and tell me Honda was wrong, but they continued to change the rotors and pads. Now nearly 2 years later and going on 8 rotor replacements, Tire Choice is saying that I ride my brakes and have destroyed my tires which only have 30K miles on them! I have records to show each repair and tire alignment/​rotations performed. STAY AWAY from these shysters!

The staff was courteous, if not overly friendly, but efficient. I appreciated how quickly my car was moved to a bay. I dropped in since my tire was flat and couldn’t go far on the donut.
Not dancing in the aisles about the price, but necessity is necessity. Overall the price is comparable with what could’ve been found elsewhere if I had time to shop around… thank you Bing and free wifi!
I definitely know I’ll be back for other services as well as three other tires I’m going to need sooner rather than later.

Paid for tire rotation and the brake dusty wheels were still on front of the car when they were done. Gave my wife a hassle about having «see ID» on her credit card. Had identity theft before, so it helps protect us. Check the ID and swipe the card. Don’t harrass people about it. I’ll never use them again. Drive 10 more minutes to the one in Riverview. I’ve never had an issue with them.

*Update: On 18 Aug 15 Johnny, the Tire Choice manager did call me to try to resolve the issue. While not taking full responsibility for the issue, I commend his professionalism and efforts to make well with the terrible ordeal. He did take responsibility for the lack of communication and judgement on their part to continue to try to take off the tire resulting in 3 lug nuts getting shredded, and we’ve come to a middle ground to resolve the conflict.*

They lead me to believe when you buy nitrogen for the tires you get a nitro fill tire service & auto club kit. They gave me a card and told me to call to activate it. Today when I tried to activate it. It was expired. I called and spoke to Randy. He is very busy and tried to tell me to come get another card! Like I have nothing better to do! Then told me to go the RIVERVIEW STORE! Talking pure crap! Nothing added up! He gave me another number after I insisted. He just wanted to give me the run around! He would not stay on the phone while I called the company to see if the number he gave me was good. After again another expired number and having the company on the line he finally said they charge extra for that and did not charge me! Pure thieves and liers stay away from this place he is nasty and has an attitude!

This place is a complete rip off.
Dropped my car off for an oil change and was quoted $ 650 for roughly 6 – 7 things that needed to be fixed at some point in the future
My mother was visiting town a few months after when the car was due for an oil change again. She went up there not telling them that the car is already registered with them.
After the oil change they quoted here $ 850 for 5 things that needed to be resolved. All 5 were included in my initial estimate of $ 650
They quoted her $ 200 more for less work because she is a woman. This place is full of liars and should be avoided at all costs.

Went in there for them to find a slow leak in one of my tires as the «low tire pressure» light kept coming on. They told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car or any of the tires and I should have the light sensor looked at. I took it straight to my dealership after that and within 5 min. they told me I needed a new tire as there was a nail in my left front tire. If you can’t find a nail in a tire, something is wrong… No matter how convenient, I won’t be going back to this place.

Went to have a nail hole patched 1 hour later can’t find nail. I go out they are looking at wrong tire. Look at paper says right front looking in left front. Ok they start come to me 30 min later have one of my lug nuts in hand stripped out when removing it. Me… Ok what are you going to put on? Manager don’t worry about they are designed to run missing a lug nut. Me ok why do they have them then… Silly me to hold on the tires that’s right. By the way against law to not have all lug nuts!!!
