This by far is the WORST IHOP I’ve ever been too the service was horrific along with the food. They sent out burnt food and also French toast that tasted like fried fish and bacon! I suggest closing this location IMMEDIATELY OR RE STAFFING THE ENTIRE PLACE!!!

206 Kristall was great on time. Food was good, service, was quick, and waitress Kristall I think her name was, was very attentive. Thank you so much for the speedy late night fix.

Ihop used to be the best thing ever, but now it seems that all of their locations have been sullied with long wait times, sometimes impatient waitresses /hostesses, cocky cooks, and room space that is not suited to accommodate the large crowds they frequently boast, due to their constant circulation of promotions and coupons. Ihop is a good brand that I would hate to see go down the drain, but I think they need to reevaluate some of their marketing tactics and operations logistics before people only mention them in throwback conversations with comments like «Remember Ihop? They used to be really good! What happened?»

The WORST breakfast food from ihop that I have ever had. Eggs was running, french toast was ice cold, hash browns was not completely done inside. My boyfriend’s food was just as worst as mine. He requested that he have 3 more eggs cooked well. His steak was dry and unseasoned. Totally unacceptable. Needless to say the best thing was the water. Save yourself a trip and eat some cereal at home.

Went to IHOP this evening at the Stonecrest location this afternoon, the service and food was horrible the place needed a good cleaning. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, the place looked songwriter and old and I believe this location is not that old.
Only 2 waiters working. Wow not be going back there! The wait time was horrible! !

Very incompetent Staff, slow even though restaurant was almost empty. My eggs were swimming in oil and the steak was over seasoned to a point which made me Leary if it. Finally, there was a long blond hair on the steak. When I brought it to their attention I was told that there entire staff has dark hair! Eventually the manager was brought to the table at which time both examined the hair as if they were forensic specialist!
In the end my meal was taken off the bill, they apologized and brought us fruit cups. We didn’t eat the fruit

Avoid, sat for 10 minutes on Monday morning, not crowded, lots’s of wait staff. No one even took a drink order, left wont be back.
