Please, please get a better wait staff. I love this place, the food, the concept, local. everything BUT the staff is hurting the business. You need people who make you feel glad you are there, attentive, courteous… I brought my parents there for the first time and I’ll be surprised if they go back on their own. They need to provide or ask if you want refills more often, they need to apologize when spilling coffee on your table & offer a napkin to clean up. We moved tables because of the sun and there was no offer to help also, the cream cheese my dad received has fuzzy mold on top. It was a bad first impression for them but the service or lack thereof is a continuing theme over several visits. Also, need something to block out the sun for certain tables in the morning. No way to block sun from the upper glass panels unless you move seats, which would be tough if crowded.

This is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a relaxed and cozy environment, with heart and soul in the food. Ray: I ate the Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese and it was delicious! Presented in a small cast iron skillet and purple napkin, to match the décor. Our server, Heather, was quirky and kind and served with personality. I felt relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed dinner. I would go back, and take my friends. Mr. S: Super relaxed and enjoyable evening. I am the difficult customer always and have to ask about Gluten and Dairy Free options. This place is well versed in the Gluten free arena. Before the main meal, I got the Lavender Fog with Soy milk and that hit the spot! For the entrée, I got the Mushroom Burger without the cheese on it and switched it out for the Gluten Free bread option. Tasty and savory! On the side with that came a quinoa salad mix of some sort. It was light with a bit of a vinaigrette taste. Good overall. Desert was… rich! I was able to get the vegan coconut cake and it was dense with a powerful coconut flavor. Very good. This part is important if you are dairy sensitive! Jumping back to what I was saying earlier about being GF&DF: I found out after I consumed my whole main dish that(and I quote) «Most all of our GF items have dairy in them». So, my roll for my burger did have dairy… That is the only, ONLY thing that I can complain about. Luckily, I will not be too sick if I consume dairy. Just a heads up to anyone with a similar situation to ask about their ingredients.

Love this place! The coffee there is perfection and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it. I’ll be back again and again. It just so happened when we were there yesterday there was a customer who had a seizure and 911 had to be called. The staff remained very cool under pressure and shielded the rest of the customers from the incident(also securing the privacy of the woman in distress). It spoke highly of their professionalism. The woman was fine and walked out of the restaurant on her own, thanks to their timely care for her. Way to go, guys!

Who is this restaurant catering to? Take the stupid vegetarian, gluten free advertising off you logos and train your staff. Your nothing but glorified gas station food. It’s always great to see a healthier offering restaurant, however if you actually do care about specifics ie: vegan, gluten free, inspired, then this place will leave you wanting more. All staff working at the time did not know the difference between vegan and vegetarian let alone had no way to figure it out. Yes, there are icons on the menu which we were informed meant the same thing, vegetarian and vegan icon dishes were not different. Even though listed in the ingredients it would say cheese, hence waitress, cook, and manager had no clue about working in a healthy diner. We then tried to ask them if a vegetarian dish could be made vegan, or gluten free by substituting items, they wouldn’t. Either seriously stoned out of their minds or pretending to not grasp the differences we were asking. Who is this restaurant catering to? Take the stupid vegetarian, gluten advertising off you logos and train your staff. Your nothing but a glorified gas station food. For people who actually are eating really clean and like to see innovative dishes, pushing mainstream people to be curious about healthy eating THISISNOTTHEPLACE. I could buy veggie burger at grocer, make a hummus vegetable tortilla at home, and so on.

Very friendly staff and great, unique food! The crepes were amazing. And the owner came and personally talked to us for a while.

I really like the food here, and their crepes are great though I dislike how they put foil beneath crepes. Also I dislike how overpriced the tea is, I drink loose leaf teas at home and for about a tsp of mediocre tea(enough to make a cup) it only costs about 30 cents whereas this tea is priced at 2 – 3 dollars!

Terrible service. My wife and I were meeting some friends in the area for the evening on a Saturday night. Our friends were going to be half an hour late and this place was close to where we were meeting. We decided we’d come in for a quick cup of coffee before our friends showed up and we had to leave. The lady at the register saw us come in, showed us where to sit, and said she’d be right with us. When she finished at the cash register, she went into the back and that was the last we saw her until right before we left. It wasn’t until about 10 minutes later another server noticed we hadn’t even gotten menus yet. After we placed our order, just two coffees, it took forever for the waitress to make and give us our drinks. We had 35 minutes to get coffee before we met up with our friends. We didn’t get our coffee until 30 minutes after walking into the place. Our friends showed up about 2 minutes after we got our coffee and we ended up not drinking most it because we couldn’t take it where we were going. Huge disappointment. The wait staff needs to get their act together. My wife and I are certainly never coming back.

Great food and lots of variety. Only complaint: it is very slow. I got the Chicken Quesadillas and a Chocolate Strawberry Crêpe. It was mid afternoon, so not a busy time of day, it just didn’t seem like a lot of hustle going on.

Have yet to have a bad experience here and live music on Tuesdays is a great addition. Their food has always been fresh and tasty and suitable for both the diet concsious and those looking for a bit more. I’m a personal fan of the curry tuna. Also went here for breakfast for Father’s day and had an amazing French toast. The rest of the family also greatly enjoyed their food. I highly recommend this place for those looking for something new and fresh.

I love this place. The crepes are delish and the rest of the menu is delightfully unique. If you are looking for no fat, no cals and no carbs look somewhere else. If you are looking for great tasting meals thoughtfully prepared with minimal processing, whole food ingredients and vegan or gluten free options, try Dragonfly. Save room for the home made pastries and desserts made on site — they are not fat free but boy are they fresh and fulfilling — yum! The servers are a nice group, too! Reviews are great, but you’ve got to try the Dragonfly Café and decide for yourself. Don’t let the gluten free/vegan friendliness of the place keep you away. The food is GOOD. The atmosphere is casual and there is live music on certain nights. It’s a great place to just grab a coffee or cup of tea and catch up with a friend or in my case, your kids. My daughter loved the lemonade with chia seeds, a super healthy treat. Unilocal just told me I «wrote the pants off that review,» so I will stop now. Check it out!

Had lunch here today. This place has been on my radar for a while and after reviewing their menu online I determined that as a vegetarian I would have some nice options to chose from. Got there around 2:30. It was the end of the lunch rush. My server was attentive and pleasant. I ordered the vegan wrap(hummus, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, if I am recalling correctly, on a spinach tortilla. I ordered a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette and an iced tea. The salad was nice and the wrap was tasty and quite filling. I was disappointed I didn’t have room for anything else. People came in and out while I was there. Clientele seemed nice. The only thing that could use a little work is the décor is lacking. Maybe some table clothes or something with more color to take away the shopping center feel. Otherwise, it was clean and a very nice experience. I will certainly go back as I go to Lititz often and was looking for something locally owned and not a chain. Many other options on the menu I would like to try. I hope you will give this local business a try. They have an interesting menu with a little something for diverse tastes.

The Dragonfly Café is a newer hot spot in the town of Lititz. While it isn’t quite up to par yet, I do see this restaurant posing as a rival for those attracted to The Tomato Pie Café further downtown. Hindered perhaps only by its location. This trendy café puts forth a nice selection of beverages ranging from the standard to the novelty. Their menu is comprised of an assortment of «healthier» meal selections, but don’t turn your nose up. To the Dragonfly, healthy simply means fresh; fresh fruit, fresh meats, and fresh ingredients. I really enjoyed the breakfast I ate here. As stated above everything was fresh and delicious. The environment is appropriately decorated to match their theme; tables topped with artistic designs of dragonflies, wall decors en suite. Most memorable of course, the custom mugs which are appropriately ornate and available for purchase. So, if you like cafes, in particular The Tomato Pie, give this place a try. Its a nice alternative to mix things up. One isn’t better than the other, they’re complementary in nature.

The best selection of Gluten-free and vegetarian fare I have ever encountered. Eating out is very difficult for someone who needs both, and the options here are more than a couple of afterthoughts tacked on, it’s the whole menu. As a bonus there are often several gf dessert options in addition to a variety of sweet(and savory) crepes! The tea menu is large, I am personally in love with the lavender fog, and the dirty Chai. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the proprietor tea geeks with me whenever I show up.

I think this place is irresponsible in claiming that they are a «healthy» eatery. Many people are trying to lose weight and improve their diets. This place claims to serve healthy food, even saying you should feed it to your family. NEWSFLASH– just because something is organic does nor make it healthy! Some menu items– Pancakes with butter and syrup. This is a high calorie low nutrition carb extravaganza. A meal like this has around 800 calories. They also have French toast. Fried vegetables. Not healthy at all. Macaroni and cheese, heck, you even have the option to add blue cheese or bacon. Burgers. Crepes– all varieties of chocolate, peanut butter etc high calorie monstrosites. So the flour is organic. That makes this healthy?!? I think this place makes it hard for people who want to change their eating habits to make good choices. Don’t use«healthy» to unfairly market your store and take advantage of people’s ignorance. Edit– your response just emphasizes my point. Once again, don’t mislead people by calling your food healthy. Most of it is not. Pure/Organic etc are not synonyms for health. If you did not bill yourself as a health food establishment, I would have no issues.
