The Colony, TX
Usually stop by here on my commute to Denton from The Colony for school and work even though I pass three Starbucks before I get to this one because the morning staff is always friendly and welcoming and they always get my drink right and set the standard for my Starbucks drinks when I get them anywhere else. They always remember my name that I go by (Q) and its by far one of my favorite locations between Denton and The Colony.

I come to this location a couple times a month on the weekends when I want to sit outside and bring the pup. Staff is always super friendly and the majority of the time they get my order right and it’s delicious. Only complaint is the grounds and tables are kind of messy on Sat & Sun mornings. Usually have to clean the tables and chairs off before sitting down but other than that it’s good and consistent.

I stop by this location occasionally and the staff are the main reason why I come to this one as opposed to the many others closer to me. Since I’m not a drink expert they’ve always been patient and willing to help me find that extra something to help me get through the day.

Very inconsistent in product. I always order a frappachino, never had two taste the same here.
Most of the time they are too watery, there are other Starbucks in the area that offer a consistent, good product.
This place is best for buying a gift card or coffee cup.

Morning staff have always been sweethearts. I’ve noticed they usually know the names of the patrons in the morning. My drinks has never been incorrect or poor tasting. The only thing was I wish it had drive thru.

Wish there were friendlier staff here. The workers here often have their friends or family members come by and sit at the bar next to where they make the drinks; they often are busy talking so take orders as fast as they can without a nice greeting or without patience. A nice smile instead of a blank stare would be nice. I found a closer Starbucks near by so will definitely go there. Actually on second thought, I will take my time going to a farther Starbucks just to avoid this unfriendly place.

Great coffee an the staff is the best. Chris you rock ! I hear a lot of people say there is a wait ! Well if you where looking for super fast go to McDonald’s an get average coffee!
You want great coffee made fresh while you wait then you should come here. You people that can’t stand to wait should get coffee at a drive thru ! There are some Starbucks that have drive thru just saying understand where you are going!
An part of the wait is this place is always packed, that’s a good thing people any of you want to go where no one is there? I don’t think so there is a reason why it’s pack people like it an the drinks an food are great !

Terrible service. Ordered a light Carmel Frap from this place (usually I get a vanilla latte). And I didn’t like it. Isn’t Starbucks motto «if you don’t like it, we will remake it»?
Well I didn’t like it and I asked for them to switch it out. Frap was $ 4.45 and latte is $ 3.25. They rolled their eyes and didn’t even respond to me when I asked them to remake it. Remade it without even telling me they were going to and were so rude about making me a new one. My friend also ordered a marble mocha macchiato and they made her a Carmel macchiato???
What happened to this Starbucks service? Chris was the manager and the service used to be great. Whoever is managing and hiring here needs a second look at their customer service and attitude check from their employees.

This Starbucks is always packed and really needs a bigger space. Sometimes I go in and leave right back out because there are limited chairs. The staff is friend but can be slow sometimes. The food selection has increased with all if the wonderful snacks you can choose and for the first time ever they now list he calorie content. This is why they have 4 stars.

Fortunately, this Starbucks is not too far from our house. Unfortunately, I only stop here if I’m prepared to wait a long time to get my drink. There have been several times my wife and kids are waiting in the car for 15 – 20 min. That’s understandable perhaps if there is a huge line, but sometimes there were only 1 – 2 people ahead of me. I’m not sure what the deal is. That said, we all make mistakes and I’ve noticed some improvement the last few stops… so in giving 3 stars on what would have otherwise been 2 star review.
I really hope they improve consistently as it’s the closest location on my path.

Sloooow service. I rarely stop here if I’m in a hurry, because you can almost always expect a long wait. If the manager is there, he moves things along, but if not… be prepared to wait. Forever. Even with no line. Still love Starbucks, but if I can I’ll keep driving to next location.

Usually I wait a bit longer for the java at this location since they seem to have a larger group of regulars. The milk sugar napkin area tends to be a mess most times. Outside seating is nice when weather is good. Baristas and other employees are pretty nice and professional.

Every time I go to this Starbucks the line is either way too long and I leave or they get my order completely wrong. They also have a few staff that are just completely rude. Head over to the Starbucks in Kroger, they are great!

Horrible service, they’re slow molasses! The last time they got my drink wrong… This time after a 25 minute wait I didn’t even get a drink, because I had to leave considering I was now running late… Ugh… Never Again! I’ll drive the extra mile to the one on Main st.
I wish it had an option for a negative star button!

Nice as suburban Starbucks go… has a sweet bar that you can sit at and watch the Barista go to work. Staff is always efficient and friendly, if there are any lines the weekend crew can chew through them quickly. Also has a nice outside patio you can chill out on.

The Baristas are always friendly at this Starbucks, which is nice since you will want to have someone to talk too while you wait an extremely long time for your coffee. I like the location so I keep going back.
